| Thubby09-08-06, 04:42 PM | im currently playing a rogue, and it seems far to many of the creatures in the mm have anti invisodude abilityies. (scent, blindsense/sight, tremorsense) i need a way to get around them, i would prefer permanent fixes, but temp are fine too. he is a melie type rogue, and i dont want to change that. thanks in advance. |

If you can stay out of the range of their blindsense or whatever they may have and hide from their visual senses they will be flatfooted for your first attack when you rush them. I recommend boosting your UMD and buying a wand of expedious retreat, or getting boots of speed or springing and striding. Make one attack, but make it count. |

Darkstalker You have learned how to stalk and surprise creatures whose senses are very different from those of a humanoid. Benefit: When you hide, creatures with blindsense, blindsight, scent, or tremorsense must make a Listen check or a Spot check (whichever DC is higher) to notice you, just as sighted creatures would make Spot checks to detect you. You cannot hide in plain sight unless you have that ability as a class feature. In addition, you can flank creatures that have the all-around vision special quality. Normal: Creatures with these senses do not need make Spot or Listen checks to notice creatures within range. Creatures with all-around vision can't be flanked. |

| TheMeanOne09-08-06, 05:53 PM | A combat Rogues best friend is always flanking. If you're in a party all you need to do is get one of the other melee fighters to flank with you. |
