| Rhomphaia09-10-05, 08:22 PM | Here's a few more for you. (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=304933) I have seen this, and this stuff is basically in-character. What I was asking for was out of character, but still game topic, lines, jokes and short pieces of conversation. I have heard some good ones with metagame thinking in them. That is what I am looking for mainly. |

| TheChilliGod09-11-05, 01:26 AM | Me-Okay, the grick is now dead. (The rogue, and only the rogue, has noticed another grick in hiding) Wizard-I cast Magic Armor. Me-Why? As far as you know, the room is now monster-free. Why would you wanna cast Magic Armor? Wizard-I just do it. I know about the Grick. Me-No, you don't. You rolled a 4 on the spot check, you ain't got a clue. Wizard-Well, my character has a bad feeling. Me-WITH YOUR 6 WISDOM?!? Wizard-Yes, I cast Magic Armor. Me-You metagaming *****. --- Luckily, the rogue that did see the grick alarmed the rest of the party After our conversation, but still. My opinion of that wizard's player has been reduced significantly. |

| Particle09-11-05, 06:39 AM | The group was chasing a shapechanger that killed a contact person, and the group was now accused of having killed him. We sat togetter and thought about how to find a Shapechanger(it was Star Wars, so no magical solution). After a while, the Gm gave us a "hint": Maybe it's a shapechanger, that disguised himself as a shapechanger. uh yeah, very helpfull... Another one while playing Star Wars: Me offgame to another PC: Shoot on the controls of the door, they wont open then. PC: No, thats Star Wars logic. Whole group: Duh, we're playing Star Wars... |
