As posted in another thread, I've been working on a buff sheet for my friends to use in our campaign. I finished today and have converted it to .pdf.

I'm pretty proud of it, but I would love comments, criticism and suggestions on things to add or maybe take off.

Here it is! (http://www.geocities.com/bluemonkeyhair/buffsheetv4.pdf)

Thanks again to mathogre for pointing me towards CutePDF.

Alright, I'll respond first. I'm currently in two compaigns where my characters end up getting VERY buffed (especialy my favored Soul) so I'm interested in anything to make that easier...

So, final verdict: :drum roll please: Very nice... It's simple, covers everything you need, but still seems a bit lacking. Of course, if I could figure out what it lacked, I might be able to tell you! :D But for the time being I think it's awefully nice. Hmm... maybe... no... too much work. Neh... It's good dude. Very good job. I'll print up a few of these and hand them out at my game, make it easier for my fellow players to keep track of the Mass Aid, Mass Bull's Str., Mass Shield of Faith and whatever the hell else mass spells my F.Soul ends up dishing out over time... :cookie: :cookie:

hey i like the sheet but for me it lacked what i use the most which is class abilities and feats. as a power gamer i stock up plenty of class abilities and feats. could you possibly make something up with that extra stuff. but jsut so ya know my spell casters fell in love with it. gave them more than enough room for their spells. i give it 2 thumbs up!!

personaly I think that that sheet would be a bit of a hassle and a good thing because most buffs dont last all that long useally just a combat or less so there would be alot of eraseing ALL the time and it would become messy and discumbobulated (hehe like the word) though it would ocme in handy if a party actually got useally around 3 or mroe buffs all the time.

IMO, I would make the buff sheet by itself like a third page to the charerter sheet that has a large area the buffs around the form of, Name of buff, rounds last, rounds left, effect, new status score, caster lvl (incase somone tried to disple it or somthing like that), and cience its all by its lone some if it got ragged you just toss is and use a new one. But I am still a big fan of make a note in your note book and remember its there.

Other then all this, nice work you did put some thought into it and I am sure it would work nicely in a lot of cases.

Mystyc: Durations in regards to what? Would you mind being more specific?

Kojin_Delacour: In the current campaign I'm playing, I have a Barbarian and a Favored Soul (hence the buff sheet). I wanted a place to put the Barbarian's Rage stuff, but couldn't figure out a way to make it generic enough so anyone could make use of the space. That's kind of why the miscellaneous bonuses section is there. The feat/class abilities isn't a bad idea, but I guess I figured it already has space on the regular character sheet.

guesswhat12321: I've noticed my group spends a lot of time writing stuff down on their sheets and then erasing. I like having a clean, orderly character sheet, so this buff sheet is something that is meant to be thrown away and reprinted after a couple uses.

Thanks for the feedback!

Like, on the line where you have your Rage entry, you want a space that indicates how many uses you have, and a space to tick off how many rounds it has been in effect. It's not strictly necessary, but in the interest of completeness, it could be included.

Ah, okay. I have a space for that, but only for rechargeable items or abilities (shamelessly borrowed the idea from the SRD status log). It's at the very bottom in the "Charges" column with the forward slash, so you'd have something that was like 2/50 (like for a wand).
