orz.

I'm going to play an 11th level warblade in the next game, and my team will consist of a Cleric of Bahamut lizardfolk, a human fighter w/ guisarme, a bard/mindbender, and a ranger who isn't that bright. We're generally 11th level except for the cleric who's also a lizardman, so...

Here's what I have; any suggestions or reccomended changes to make me better for the party?

Str: 20
Dex: 15
Con: 18
Int: 16
Wis: 13
Cha: 14

HP: 145 (Yay for high rolls)

Skills: 14 ranks in blaance, concentration, diplomacy, jump, knowledge (Local), martial lore, tumble. 3 ranks in spellcraft, 1 in intimidate.

Feats: WF (Longsword), Iron Will, Ironheart Aura, Adaptive style, WS (longsword), Martial Study (Bonecrusher), Stormguard Warrior.

Items: +3 Mithral Breastplate, +3 Heavy Steel Shield, +1 Speed Longsword (Cold Iron), 8 Cure serious potions, +2 bracers of armor, 2330 GP. Adding up all armor and AC modifiers, I have a 28 AC without manuvers or stances. 26 Flat Footed, 12 Touch.

Manuvers:

2nd. Disarming Strike, Mountain Hammer, Emerald Razor, Wall of Blades
3rd: Insightful Strike, Bonecrusher.
4th: Mithral Tornado, Ruby Nightmare Blade
5th: Elder Mountain Hammer, Disrupting blow.

Stances: Absolute Steel, Dancing Blade Form, Hearing the Air.

Yeah, I know I theoretically shouldn't have at least one of these, but... Meh.

Goals:
1. Strike of Perfect Clarity.
2. Ancient Mountain Hammer.
3. Time Stands Still.

~
Projected Current Manuver Preps: Elder Mountain Hammer, Mithral Tornado, Ruby Nightmare Blade, Emerald Razor.
Base Stance: Hearing the Air.
Projected Current Combat Stragety:

1. Stance into Absolute Steel Stance. If many enemies, do Mithral Tornado. If not many enemies.... Uhh, think of something. Elder Mountain Hammer if it looks tough.
2. If having difficulty hitting it, use Emerald Razor. If not, Full Attack but only touch attacks for Stormguard Warrior. BTW, stance into Dancing blade. Keep a nice 5 foot distance between you and it. Unless its a wiz.
3. Smack my manuvers back in with a second full attack if at least 2 of my four attacks with Combat Rhythm hit. If not, Uhh..... Elder Mountain hammer it. Hard.
4. If somehow the damn thing isn't dead, ruby nightmare blade. By the way, if in any of these steps the thing dies, feel free to stance into Absolute Steel and move on.
5. ... Assuming more than 50% hps (the Warblade, I mean), use Combat Rythym to get manuvers back.
6. ... If its not dead yet, keep repeating. Or scold teammates for being useless.

~
20th Level Manuver Prep: Time Stands Still, Adamantine Hurricane, Ancient Mountain Hammer Strike, Strike of perfect clarity, Elder Mountain Hammer Strike, Wall of Blades, Diamond Nightmare Blade. Swap Wall of blades w/ Diamond Defense if there's a lotta spellcasters and crap in the dungeon.

Stances: Add Supreme Blade Parry. Always be in this and Hearing the Air.

Combat Steps:
1. Stance into SBP/AS Stance and attack the first enemy. Use Strike of Perfect Clarity/Ancient Mountain Hammer, or Adamantine Hurricane if a lot of them.
2. If not dead, Full Attack w/ Combat Rythym. Against multiple opponets, Time Stands Still. If there's just one obnoxious opponent, Diamond Nightmare Blade.
3. If 2 hit with enough combat Rythym, pwn w/ Time Stands Still. Against Multiple opponents, full attack normally and get your manuvers back.
4. If multiple opponents still up, Adamantine Hurricane. If not, uh-oh. If, against one enemy, its still standing, Elder Mountain Hammer.

Any feat reccomendations, manuver reccomendations, ideas for positive change or power increase, etc?

To me Iron Will has been either a junk feat or an annoying prereq for a prestige class. I'm currently away from my books at the moment so my advice is kinda limited. I would suggest posting the same info you have here on the character optimization boards. The posters there should be able to give you more timely advice. Another thing I noticed is that in your items list you have both mithral breastplate and bracers of armor, the ac bonus granted by these items do not stack...they overlap. So the bracers of armor are essentially useless, since they don't grant you an additional bonus to ac.
