Prelate 09-21-07, 11:15 AM	I have a character that is very wealthy, and recently new to the Realms. We (my group) is making our base in Waterdeep. My character is wanting to buy a nice home (not overly interested in magical protection, just want a large spacious and beautiful home). Suggestions on neighborhoods and some idea of what I will need to spend? My character will want to live in the nicest neighborhood available (primarily for the peace, quiet, and assumed regular guards/night watchmen).
NecroticBanana 09-23-07, 02:55 AM	Well Sea Ward is pretty much the Beverly Hills of Waterdeep. noted for its "many spired, grand homes of nobility, the gleaming edifices of the city's leading temples, and imposing towers of the city's premier wizards" i would assume a home here being a fairly large mansion around 20 or more rooms as well as a walled yard, and several outbuildings. hope you guys can afford it. looks like it might cost no less than 50,000 gps
