Character concept help? [Archive] - Wizards Community

I have a concept that I could use a little help with. I know what I want to do, just not how to do it perse. If anyone could point me where to go, I would appreciate it.

07-02-06, 10:59 PM It would be most appropriate over in the Character Development Boards, but that you have a thread here, why not just post your problem and see if we can help you, as many people here frequent both boards.

07-03-06, 05:19 AM In short, my character is going to be a fighter with a Gutworm fiendish graft (Fiend Folio, I think) to gain Rage and Raging
Luck (Eberron Campaign Setting) to get a free action point every round.
I know there's a feat out there to transfer action points to a companion, I'm not sure if a cohort/animal counts as that perse, but I'm going to try for it.
If I can, I'm going to make sure my 'helper monkey' has Wand Surge (another Eberron book) and get free charges out of the wand with those action points. As far as background the 'helper monkey' will actually be the sentient being while the fighter is a pet, I suppose. Now, my question is this: Can anyone recall the feat that lets me transfer action points to a companion?

In the end, I think it would be fun to see a small creature on the melee's shoulder popping off lightning bolts or something from his wands especially if it's a chimp.
