How do you figure out spell resistance? You'd know if you had it, it is usually racial or a special ability for a class, as a 1st level rogue, you don't have any

What's Touch and Flat Footed Armor Class? Touch armor class is your armor class minus the bonus from a shield, any armor, and any natural armor. Flat footed is your regular armor class minus your DEX modifyer.

What are special abilities? They are abilities that you get from being a certain race, or achieving a certain level in a class.

As a rogue (level 1) do I get any spells? Nope

Sorry I sound like a newb (even though I am on), but, being a level 1 rogue do I get any special abilities? Oh yeah, and are the Class Feats you start with Feats or Special Abilities?

You get 1 feat at 1st level, regardless of class. Humans get an extra one for a total of 2.

Not to be rude at all... have you read through the first couple chapters of the Player's Handbook (PHB) or the free System Reference Document (SRD) (http://3.5srd.com/web/sovelior_sage_srd/Sovelior%20SRD/home.html)?

Getting to know the general rules outlined early in the book is a good way to feel comfortable with the system and speed up things like combat, translating character concepts to numerical representations, etc. :)

That said, the "Class Feats" you refer to can be handled different ways. Taking levels in classes can give you any/all of bonus feats, virtual feats, or class features. The Rogue, at level 1 (in ver 3.5), gives you Sneak Attack +1d6 and Trapfinding. These are both class features, IIRC. All of the different types mentioned can be termed 'special abilities.' A Feat is different than a Class Feature, but both give you the ability to do something special. (Virtual feats are just feats that you're allowed to use without actually getting, and I'm not sure if these are even still around in 3.5)

Anywho, the place you write these things on your character sheet isn't terribly important. Nobody is going to disqualify you for writing "Sneak Attack 1d6" in the margin next to your weapon blocks or "Trapfinding" next to the line for the Search skill. If you feel that you get an ability that's special, write it in Special Abilities. If it's listed in the Feats chapter, maybe it's a feat, but that doesn't mean you can only write it under Feats. ;) They're just labelled places to make it easier to categorize the information.

Any more questions we can help with?

special abilities are not feats. You can often get special abilities as feats, but you get special ablilities as you gain levels. Rogues can never cast spells, unless they multiclass.
