| Mr. Styx01-01-06, 05:56 PM | Okay. I have had the idea for quite some time now. I want to make a character (Wizard or Sorcerer undecided) that ascends to lichdom, then after he has amassed sufficient wealth, power, etc. he will gain the status of demilich. Now, I've some questions for you. 1) How compatable is the "Epic Level Handbook" version of the demilich with 3.5? Is it at all possible 3.5 material (not my copy of book)? 2) In your opinion(s): What are some of the best spells choices (I'm not often a spellcaster) 3) I didn't even see Level Adjustment in the Epic Level Handbook, so how should I go about dealing with that particular obstacle? 4) Lastly, which is the best class to begin with (do you think)? Sorcerer? Wizard? No I haven't started the character yet. Yes it's okay with DM and party. I am taking the variant lich idea (The Good Lich variant from Libris Mortis p.156). That's also okay with everyone. Looking for opinions, tips/advice on handling this character, etc. Thanks, ~Styx |
