I'm not sure this is the right place to post it but I'm not allowed to post on the FAQ thread, so here it goes-

For contracts of Nepthas, are you allowed to add invisible clauses in alchemical ink (Tome and Blood) that the other party is not aware of, thus tricking surrendering NPCs (or unruly PCs) into servitude etc.

Also, more on topic for the boards, does anyone have any tips for removing any loopholes in the contract?

it is all about the wording not the intent so beleive that invisable ink should fail, the piont is that both parties agree to the wording of the contract. Loophole are easy, you just need to word it right

You can't trick the contract as such, no.

no because the contract works based on the letter of the contract and what each character sign for so if the person your trying to trick doesnt know the rest (and thus never agreed and signed for it) it wont work. The contracts are so easily screded with its not funny. sorry, it was a good idea though.
