Converting 2nd ed. to 3.5 [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-11-07, 04:24 PM I've been searching for about an hour now and can't really find the answer I need. In short, is there a method or any guidelines as to how I would convert the monster's and NPC's stats from a 2nd ed. module in order to play it in 3.5 rules? Namely wondering how to figure out the monster's AC without any THACO stuff and how to figure their hit dice. I've got a bunch of 2nd ed. Ravenloft modules and I'm trying to figure out how to make it work for 3.5.
