Dirichlet 12-05-03, 06:43 PM	The best thing to do is just make a new 3rd ed character using the same concept, rather than trying to actually convert the numbers. The exponential increase in 2nd ed levels does not lend itself well to a conversion to 3rd ed. Look through the 3rd ed books and just figure out what level you would need to be to most closely match your old character based on abilities and such.
