02-24-04, 12:44 AM Hey ppl, i'm currently thinking of making a wiz/shadow adept and i'm wondering about a familiar, i'm thinking take the improved familiar feat and i'm thinking take the idea the of the fiendish creature but instead of appling the fiendish template the shadow template, making as in an improved familiar CR3 or the Dusk Beast from Manual of the Planes, its is also a creatue with a CR3, with similar abilities and is also a shadow creature.

Also wanna hear abot any other weird character/familiar combos stories you guys have.

02-24-04, 05:03 AM It never actually happened, but my Blood Magus was going to make his Homonculus (whoa, just realized I have no idea how to spell that) to look just like him, then make it his familiar. Would have been pretty funny. Big Judas & Little Judas.

02-24-04, 06:24 AM I'm eventually gonna make my sorcerer/blood magus' homonculus into the ugliest little git I can possibly imagine. Utterly misshapen, deformed and with a piercing, squeaky high voice to boot. Why? To further accent her deadly beauty and charm by providing a thoroughly loathsome creature as contrast.
