Zankue 05-14-07, 10:29 PM	I'm a level four Elan shaper. At level five I plan on getting over channel. At level six I want to get a craft feat. I was thinking of getting craft cognizant crystal, but should I get any other type of craft? or should I just get talented(over channel) and leave craft for lvl 9? Thanks for the help

DrMorganes 05-15-07, 10:49 AM	I'm not sure he's asking for optimization advice, and I'm fairly certain the CO boards would categorize item creation feats as "unoptimized choices". Honestly, it depends on how useful you find the use of cognizance crystals. I'm assuming you'll be using them frequently; there's little point in burning the feat on Craft Cognizance Crystal otherwise. In that case, taking the feat at Level 6 means you'll be using your crystals three levels earlier. Depending on your playing style and how often you burn through your power point reserve, this could be a considerable addition to your arsenal.
