| feartheinvinceblehamster05-25-06, 05:23 PM | Okay, as the title says, post some stuff about the creepiest character you've ever played. (There's atleast one over on the best lines ever thread) Okay, my current PC: Auric Zantusuken: A human fighter who wields two bastard swords and dresses in a jester's outfit, has perform(Dance) and giggles hysterically and/or laughs evilly while attacking people. Multiclassing into dervish to use dervish dance...and laugh at the same time!!! |
| Necropolitan05-25-06, 05:47 PM | Adonis - Ghul Fighter7/ Rouge 3/ Ravager 5 Double-fisted a pair of Serrated Wounding Khukuri, And had specially built Bondage Armor, Though I forget it's stats; it was like uber form-fitting studded leather with metal plates rivated to it. The Ghul was from Dragon Ish. 313, he was essetnailly, Half-Ghoul, and had a 18 charisma, he was a dead sexy, crazy bloodthristy murderer, who ate people. He was also something of a nympho, and woudl seduce people, have his way with them, then kill and eat them afterwards. Chaotic Evil, of course. |
| The_Bibliobibuli05-25-06, 05:50 PM | My current PC is a Catfolk monk with decent Perform(exotic dancing) and Profession(exotic dancer) mods (+8, I think). She might multi-class into a fighter, to wear leather armor and wield a whip. |
| Witch05-25-06, 05:53 PM | Abaddon, Half-Elf Sorcerer 8, demon-worshipper, who infiltrated a group of Drow. When they found out the Half-Elf part, they were mad and wanted to kill me. When they found out the demon part, they were mad, wanted to kill me and obeyed my orders. |
| Bulletproof_Condom05-25-06, 05:57 PM | I never actually played this character, but I toyed with he idea of a gestalt cleric/druid who prepares all his druid spells as cure spells. It doesn't sound creepy by itself, but it really freaked out my DM the way I said "heeeeeealing..." when I was in character. I kind of said it all deep and breathy, somewhere between a frankenstein underling kind of guy and a phone sex operator. Heeeeealing... "You guys had better stay out of trouble. I only have another 630 points of heeeealing for the day." "Do you want me to lay my hands on you?" "...you're not a paladin." "Who said I was?" "..." "HEEEEEAAAALIIIINNGGGA!!!!" Yeah, I ended up not playing that character. |
| kelvinaw27305-25-06, 06:05 PM | In a storyteller game I played a Tremere (vampire) prodigy (embraced as a child) who behaved a great deal like Wednesday Adams ... |
| OravennasBrother05-25-06, 06:14 PM | A wizard I was challenged to play, and I convinced the other players (IRL) that the DM had permitted me to have some demonic abomination. Just to get me away from Male Human Fighters. A little sleight of hand and other tricks and the paladin decided against trying detect evil. I do have the advantage IRL of having a deep voice and naturally creepy laugh so that helped. Really cheesed off the other players when my mage left at the end of the evening andf they found (OOC) I was just a normal Human Wizard of 3rd level. Of course it was too late then as I had been elected back to Fighters for having such a creepy Wizard. |
| Manus05-25-06, 06:40 PM | In a 3.0 epic game, I played a character known as "the Prodigal". This character had both the half-celestial, and half-dragon (gold) templates, but was chaotic evil. Backstory: After decades of doing good works but never quite fitting into any community he encountered due to his exotic parentage and strange appearance, (like Bill Bixby in the incredible hulk series) this character was tricked into donning a helm of opposite alignment (even though it no longer has any power, he still wears it.) Now he blames society for casting him out and responds to bigotry with unremitting violence (like lou ferigno in the incredible hulk). He looked something like a sivak draconian, i.e., 7 feet tall, wings, scales, claws, humanoid, but with a reptilian head. However, he wore a psionic skin which coated his entire body with a matte black finish. His long term goal was to slay both the gold dragon and the planetar whose blood ran through his veins. For some reason, he creeped the other players out. |
| Xaktsaroth05-25-06, 07:01 PM | Actually, Xxyxx, from my Triad of Shadows thread in my .sig. Painted a very interesting picture. I was DM'ing and he was an NPC killer the party was trying to stop. Rogue: "The killer is said to hang around here; it's dark and the alley's are quite narrow, good spot for an ambush." Paladin: "There are people walking around at this time of night?" Sorc: "Aye, mostly shady types, this district is swarming with criminals." Paladin: "We have to warn them of the danger!" Rogue: "Hold on! Someones coming!" Players duck into the shadows and see a shady guy walking quickly by an alley across from them. DM(Me): "Suddenly, 4 tentacles burst from the shadows and wrap around the figure, he tries to scream, but something cuts him off mid-scream. The tentacles lift him off the ground, and even from this distance you can see the the colour continiously draining from his face. The tentacles quickly pull him into the shadows and a wet, smacking, dripping sound echoes from the alley." All: "0_0" They never did go down that alley. :P |
| zlatko05-25-06, 07:07 PM | Necropolitan cloister cleric with trickery and deathbound domains. Maxed out skills like diplomacy, bluff, disguise, hide... and the standard knowleges/splellcraft. Going around sacrificing villagers and raising undead. Wants to meet and then zombifie a dragon. |
| WarColonel05-25-06, 07:49 PM | All these posts are about characters who are, shall we say... evil. Now, my character, well he wasn't evil. Just creepy. To introduce him into the campaign he was caught in the cleric's church performing... private acts from behind the alter. It didn't help that the cleric continuly found him spooning with her, and even went as far as to have the wizard cast alarm on her blankets at night. |

But Adonis didn't end evil... sadly, he was charmed by all that preachign of love and caring from this Paladin named Ladonna, who he ended up with, despite my player objections. |
| malignor05-25-06, 09:15 PM | Nessid Voor; The Caller From the Threshold Neutral Evil Human(?) Wizard5/Oozemaster5/Alienist8 Looks like: Monty Burns dressed like a gothic Quaker, with a walking stick (usually a rod or a club+1) and a black wide-brimmed hat with the belt buckle on it. Sounds like: Emperor Palpatine, only obsessed with the planes (especially the far realm), conjuration, undead, astronomy/astrology and places of power (stone circles, etc). Patronizes everyone, acts like he's a grovelling worm, but you can practically hear the wheel turning in his head, calculating all the lovely ways to hurt you or drive you mad. Goal: To open a massive permanent gate from the outer planes to the far realms, so the madness can spill into the outer planes and, from there, to all other planes. Also to infest all places with plagues of the yellow mold that lives in his flesh, as well as pseudonatural monstrocities that infect themselves on others, like Slaadi, Spider Eaters, Xills and Chaos Beasts... and spawning undead too (Wights, Shadows, Ghouls, Mohrgs, etc). Starting with the fools at the small village that "killed him" those many years ago. Origins: Was merely a wizard (conjuration specialist; no evocation... 3.0), studying a stone circle he found near a village. Villagers feared him for his recluse nature, nocturnal ways and mysterious power. Local girl went missing; group of men, convinced that "Voor did it", conspired to follow him to his circle and avenge her (She really fell down a well and was found the next day; Voor's killers swore to silence/secrecy their terrible misdeed). In ignorance, they hanged him from a bridging-stone on midnight, during a celestial alignment. Voor's soul was sent to the Far Realm, where parts of it were exchanged with parts of something that existed there. Voor rose from the dead that morning a changed man - an Alienist. As side effect contracted a bizarre magical disease. Disease + treatment resulted in alternating levels of Oozemaster and Alienist until Oozemaster5, when the disease was finally stabilized. Will one day return to the village and avenge himself on the ignorant fools who hanged him - wants to turn the village into a town of undead for his personal abuse and amusement. Notable: - His familiar was an Owl. The Owl was infected with the same disease as Voor, and his treatment led to it becoming a sort of living and moving cocoon for some thing which one day tore its way out of the spasming Owl - A small, slimy, moldy copy of Voor himself with little wings (Ooze Mephit - Improved Familiar) emerged. It was named "Little Nessid" and even dressed like his master, spoke with the same voice and they often completed each other's sentences. - Focused in Conjuration (obviously) and Illusion. - Paranoid to the extreme; constantly setting up measures to kill anyone he met, even his closest allies. |
| Kresalak05-25-06, 09:21 PM | Does a character in a D&D based RPG count? I'll suppose it does. My creepiest, evilest character is Kresalak, Dirge of Chaos, in the game Neverwinter Nights. He began as a rather psychotic and murderous fighter (fighter/weapon master/rogue in the game, actually) who worshipped Chaos, the Father of All and Nothing (psudeo-Dragonlance setting). He had multiple personalities, and rather enjoyed attempting to conquer the city and extort "taxes" from people. He'd usually run when the knights came around though. Eventually, he became more depressed, less violent, and even waxed into Chaotic Nuetral for a time. Then the server broke, and it was months before it came back up. Shortly after that, he snapped out of his depression, and dedicated himself to Chemosh, the god of undeath. So much, in fact, that he became a Pale Master. Although he remains less murderous than initially, his current goals include causing the death of everyone and everything. Naturally, he is destined to fail in the end, but that doesn't mean I can't try to get him close to that. Were he in regular D&D, he'd be an Anti-Paladin/Hexblade/Ur-Priest/Bone Knight/Blackguard. |
| Derrhyn05-25-06, 10:27 PM | I once played a very vanilla, elven Rogue. His only weapon was a whip, and he refused to kill anyone. One of my fellow players got a bit annoyed by this and in character he asked me: "Do you have a problem or something?" I looked him straight in the eyes, (both in and out of character) and answered in a toneless voice: "Yes. And you do not want to know about it." After that, nobody dared to ask about my past, so that is all they found out about my backstory. The other player mentioned told me later that he avoided me for a while because of my character. That is the creepiest character I've ever played. At least the creepiest Neutral Good character I've ever played. Derrhyn (EDIT): I have one character that was even creepier, but she definately belongs on the Mature Board |
| tsuyoshikentsu05-25-06, 10:50 PM | Neco Singultus. Bone Creature Human. Paladin of Tyranny. And wields a scythe. For Lord's sake, he's the freaking Grim Reaper with an Aura of Fear! |
| Krug_the_smasher05-25-06, 11:59 PM | I played a psion/thrallherd Elan, who took the Necropolitan template, and was stuck in the abyss for a while. He had about 40 believers who were Manes(BoVD) and a Palidin of tyranny/follower of dispater. He was creepy, sending all those demons against all the other demons. And, whenever the party was sleeping, he would always stand over the fighter or rogue, or other PC and stare at them. All night. Constantly. and when they wake up, the first thing they saw was a rotting corpse looking down at them. |
| obrysii05-26-06, 12:26 AM | That I actually played? Ravi Olie, Bullywug Hexblade 4/Talon of Tiamat 4 He was a crazy, dumb frog-man with a taste for Gnomes. He had a pet familiar, with whom he would juggle apples, named Noodles. --- That I am supposed to play? Xiuhcoatl, Gestalt Gold Dragon 20//Cleric 5/Walker in the Waste 10/? 5 When he first hatched, his first sight was seeing a gigantic pool of blood that came from his recently-slain mother. His first thoughts were of nearly drowning in the blood and swimming to safety...he therefore has a blood phobia. Later, he began tapping ancestral memories of his ancestors entering their twilights. He misinterpreted this to mean that he is entering his twilight, and that he is not long for this world. He has become convinced that he is a prophet (he'll use his massive power and the fact his Alternate Form tends to be about a 10-year old to convince others of this belief), and he wishes to spread wasteland across the entire planet in an attempt to "keep the blood away." --- As far as NPC's are concerned: Azagotharoth, Great "Invictus" Red Wyrm He literally ruled Earth in a Modern DnD setting. His power was that of secrets...he controlled the world through hidden, private agendas and treating the governments as shadow governments, mere puppets to him. He was the one who provided the silver coins to Judas for his betrayal. He was the one who created and then destroyed Rome when it threatened to become too great. He fought and slew King Arthur, although Excalibur left him permenently scarred. He instituted the Witch Hunts after three Epic Warlocks attacked him, and he destroyed nearly all magic then. Later, when the Warforged (originally created as his grand army) betrayed him and the Lord of Blades (Earth version) built the Godforged, he fought and cruxified the golden Godforged. And most recently, he has uncovered the lost prison of a beast far more dangerous than even he...the Tarrasque (hidden inside that gigantic rock in Australia). Creepy only due to the sheer power he presented. --- Another NPC, the BBEG of my longest running campaign: Tadasi (http://boards.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=396861) The evil mastermind with a very Cthulhu-ish thing going on...secretly manipulating everything from his hidden prison. The link has more info on him :P |

| OravennasBrother05-26-06, 10:40 AM | All these posts are about characters who are, shall we say... evil. My bad - the paladin never tried to detect evil, but had he done so he would have found none. My wizard was just a guy trying to survive the rigors of adventuring (in 1st edition) and who thought if the party was all afraid of him he would be able to convince the enemy of the same. One particular fight was going poorly when one of the palyers called on that wizard to help. OUr opposition spoke common so they heard the call, and my responce "If I fill the room with hellfire, you will perish as well. Though as long as you are taking perhaps I should find more able assisstants." The enemy broke and ran. Otherwise it would have been TPK as I had just about nothing which would help. |
| edwardsobel05-26-06, 12:00 PM | I have thre weird type 1: Whisper gnome necromancer/Blood magus was into self mutilation from BoVD. would wear spiked bracers that would inflict piercing damage to herself when twisted that she could negate with her Blood magus DR but liked to feel the pain and see the blood. 2: an elf paladin/cleric: was (i dont know if I can say it here) but lets just say he gave lay on hands ability a new meaning. 3: a half ogre paladin that would use garbage and dead animals as his spell commonents. fun makeing the party eat raw dead rat to get a cure light wounds spell. he even purified food and drink by throwing live maggots on it. edit: forgot 1: an absent minded / nearsighted mage always forgot what spell he was casing in mid-cast. DM had me roll a random spell when this happened I became a walking wand of wonder. |
| FnordBear05-26-06, 12:42 PM | Well in a non D&D game...it was a low powered super hero game....played a man who's day job was a mortician...and hit night job was a crimefighter called the Undertaker...he fought with embalming implaments.... As far as D&D goes....my current character is a CG psychic warrior/quori nightmare....currently on the road to CN I think. He is...brutal...to say the least to the enemies of his cause (end slavery). That and combine the fact he can turn in to a swirling mass of ink blackness that if you view it shows you your deepest dread and terrors....yeah I have creeped out some of the other players. "You who are so far beneath my notice as to not have a name DARE to challenge me?" |
| Crimson_Concerto05-26-06, 02:09 PM | Valkery Grey Sorceress 10 / Flashwarper 10 (During character intriductions) Me: You see a beautiful woman walk in wearing an elegant pink gown and and a large hat with ribbons. She has large, butterfly wings and a long, silk belt that flows around her. She's holding an umbrella that matched this outfit, and she looks sort of like a southern belle, I guess. "Good evening. I am Valkery Grey." Friend: (Had cast Detect Magic before becaue of suspicion) Does she have any magical items on her I could easily detect. Me: She looks like she has various magical efects hidden throughout her body, but you can definitely tell her hat is a Hat of Disguise. Friend: "Just what are you hiding under that hat, might I ask?" Me: "My, my. Aren't we perceptive? Well, I do believe that is none of your business." Other Friend: "Well if you're going to be joining this mission, we need to know you." Me: "If you insist," responds Valkery Grey, removing her hat. Under this hat a horrific abomination. Her skin is a greyish green and looks rough and plated, almost liek an insect's skin. Her hair is twisted and matted, and two stalks seem to grow out of the top of her head. Her left eye is missing, and in its place is a red gem. Her nose is completely gone, and so are her lips, so it looks sort of like Resident Evil's Nemesis. Her teeth are also long and sharp with salive and what may be venom covering them. Her left arm is almost completely shriveled up, but it does have a layer of long, thin, white hairs on it. Her right arms, the one which looked like it was holding an umbrella, is actually a large, long, and extremely muscular, ending in sharm, yellow, nails. Her torso is covered in bandages, but her left breast seems to have been removed, and you can clearly see an unnaturally glowing heart within her chest. What once appeared to be butterfly wings reviel themselves to be horrific demon-wings, torn and weathered. Her silk belt? In its place you see a scorpion tail writhing back and forthe. She has no real dress anymore, but there is a ring of spikes protruding from her waste that extend to the ground. Her left leg looks liek that of a giant dog, and it has claws to match. The portion of her right leg from her knee down appears to simply be one, long blade... Valkery waits for a moment to let the image sink in. "Shall I replace my hat?" Friend:  Other Friend: :twitch: Yet another:  One more: :looloo: DM: :OMG! |
| Rickiel05-26-06, 02:18 PM | My creepiest character to date (that's a PC anyways) has been Raz......what you don't think he's creepy? After fighting a small horde of kobolds, Raz takes it upon himself to learn the kobold anatomy. During this small excursion into autopsy, he decides not to waste all the bodies. Raz: Hey guys! LOOK! KOBOLD PUPPETS! Everyone else:  :uh-huh:  :gah: :looloo: Fighter: Raz....NEVER PLAY WITH DEAD THINGS! *Starts beating Raz with a stick* Bad Raz! BAD! |

| Montyhaul05-26-06, 06:32 PM | In star wars d20 I had a charisma-weak human with a fetish for ewoks. and paraplegic wookies. I'd also like to dissuade any attempts at using the necrophiliac feat from BOVD as justification for actions taking in LARPing. :nonono: :nonono: :nonono: :nonono: :nonono: |
| Twotall05-27-06, 09:35 AM | Let' see if I remember them correctly: In D&D, I had: Angainor, vampire cleric for Scarossahr, The Mistress Of Pain. Had maxed out Knowledge (Religion) for the sole purpose of sacrificing people, and Intimidate for torturing them aforehand. He preferred to inflict pain, both physically and emotionally, rather than just killing outright. BoVD was in heavy use with that game, but it only lasted a few nights before we creeped the GM out. Verrin, my human Necromancer/Pale Master (3.0 rules). The best part is, no one suspected him of being a necromancer until one morning, he showed up wearing armour made of bones, with the comment "Oh, there's something you should know..." Strangely enough, no one had guessed at this, even when he was actively collecting "samples" of everything we killed, bones, flesh or similar. He would also sometimes cook and eat the flesh, purely for "scientific reasons"... He got worse after showing himself as a Pale Master. In the end, the other PC's refused to resurrect him when he was killed, but the GM loved him so much he came back anyway (with the aid of some necromantic friends). He wore a Hat of disguise for months, and I had great joy of revealing to the rest that Dírhael the Ranger was not exactly who he appeared to be. |
| Dhavaer05-27-06, 09:47 AM | Siobhan: Sorcerer 3. The gmae hasn't started yet, but the major part of her backstory (after accidentaly slaughtering her family) involved her living in an abandoned quarry, alternating between saving and killing the children who wandered in. She's got a lot of Infernal heritage feats, and as the game's PbP, I'm going to have her think as a human in blue, as a demon in red, and speak in purple. I don't think she'll be taking many watches after the first few thoughts demanding bloodshed. |
| OctoberRaven05-27-06, 10:38 AM | Hm. I'd say Faustus Geisteskrank. Basically, he's a necromancer who went insane over the death of his lover, and how he more or less copes with her demise is that he carries her skeleton in a large case and apparently believes she talks to him. In fact, once in a while, he'll start a sentence by saying "Darling says..." That's not all. He loves to mutilate and defile bodies, not doing them under the auspices of ritual, but just for the sake of doing it. After a druid he planned on torturing was killed, he ate it's heart (cooked) and for another that was more or less a shaman, he took the small intestine and used it to die the shamans remains to his horse to drag it around. Basically, to him, that was the equivalent of putting baseball cards in the spokes of a bicycle. |
| feartheinvinceblehamster05-27-06, 10:47 AM | YEAH! that's the guy I was talking about from the Best lines ever thread. Man, If I were in your game I'd be the guy who nearly draws his sword everytime you walk in. |

| Kersom05-28-06, 03:06 AM | Hmm.. I tore a chunk of half-eaten elf off a scavenged corpse, and threw it in a cave to see what I could rustle up. CN necromancer... once I start raising corpses, I think I'll slide down to the evil ranks. |
| Shade_Damara05-28-06, 03:50 AM | Without a shadow of a doubt Xuul, my level 13 Sun Elf Necromancer (bet you didn't see that coming) with a number of fetishes, feats, skills and spells from the Book of Vile Darkness and Libris Mortis. Huge intelligence score and good charisma. The man talked his way out of more situations than some people have gotten into...although he talked his way into a few as well. He wore black robes (of course), a magical belt made of human skin (DM designed it), a black bag full of torture devices and was usually flanked by at least one robed skeleton. He was also famous for shrugging off the grapple of a Huge creature once thanks to a natural twenty =). |
| Black Kitten05-28-06, 04:33 PM | My creepiest character was in the FR. Not by the book, as I have read only 1. I just wanted a bad-ass character :P : Shareena Whiteheart This is the tail of a poor, young girl. A girl who took the right choice when she had to. Who did look back when people said her not to, and found her true calling in her deeds. Her bloodshed is one unknown to many, but I will tell her story, to every juicy detail. Shareena the Virgin, She-Who-Wields-Death or the 'Masked Lady'. Name it, she will answer. Her story begins 25 years ago in the kingdom of Shanhor. I know it is no longer called this way, but that's how it was called when she was born. She was the daughter of Garsho the Cruel, the King. Many just called him a pityful tirant, but Garsho was a good man to his daughter. He brought her up in a strict learning environment and learned her all she needed to know about ruling a kingdom. Though he himself was said to sign more execution warrants than he breathed, he hoped his daughter would be able to bring peace to the kingdom. Shareena always learned her lessons well and was a good daughter. She quickly came to adore her father, but also pity him for his cruelty. His lessons helt the promise of a better future he himself would not bring and Shareena learned them well. She knew how to rule a country without bloodshed, where people can be happy and carefree. Where no evil spirits would roam the lands and where the farmers will smile at you when you pass. Of course, it was not to be, since where Law exists, there will be Chaos to overthrow it. There are always the pityful Harpers who care not for laws, but for simple freedom. These fools do not understand the righteousness of order... but that aside. The Harpers and rebels from the forests, aided by the legendary ranger Drizzt Do'Urden, started an uprising against their legal lord and master. Through the aid of Drizzt's trickery, they were able to secure a hold and mount a final attack upon the High Keep of Shareena's father. Though the castle was heavily defended, Drizzt was able to get into the Royal bedchambres and confront Shareena's father. The brave Garsho did not wait, but drew steel. After an epic battle, Shareena saw her father cut down by the cruel Drizzt. In a final stroke, Drizzt plunged a dagger deep into her father's heart and then left. Shareena, only 10 years old, secured the dagger and kept it close. The weapon with which her father had been killed, but even then Shareena tried to believe in a better future. She fled the castle and walked the streets for many miles. There she heard how her father's name was dragged through the dirt! Her wonderful father was spit upon by the people! They talked about a better world now the evil tirant was gone! The fools did not know how much they hurt her. Now I know Shareena well and she still carries the wounds of those days. People say her father was a cruel man, but the people he ruled were far more evil than he would ever be. If you name her father you see the anger, the pain, but above all: the lust for vengence. It was only logical that she fled. Even as a small girl she wasn't sure of her place amongst the people. She was a strong one though and with time made her way to Zentharim Keep. There she was cared for and trained in the art of the warrior. An eager student, she quickly gained the reputation of devotion to her task that was unmatched by many. Only 16 years old she was when she announced her abyssal oath to her tutors and friends. She would not rest until Drizzt Do'Urden lay DEAD. She would slaughter any drow that ventured to the surface and prayed to the disgusting godess of the good drow. She would not drink alcohol or have a man before she completed her task. These strong words reached the young Fzoul Chembryl. As he sought people to support his cause, he promised the young girl the riches and the protection she needed to freely carry out her task, if she served him loyally. Shareena had no problems in serving the Black Lord and his servant Fzoul and she set to her bloody task. Over the years she slew many Drow, but was only known as the 'Masked Lady'. Unlocking the most deadly potential of the One-and-a-half Sword, she wielded two of these magnifiscent weapons at a time, cutting true through her opposition. Carrying only the weapons of those she slew, Shareena carries two Bastard Swords carrying the names Fang and Claw. Physical Appearance Shareena is a tall, slender woman in her mid 20's. She has a completely dark skin, hair and eyes, though her teeth are incredibly white. She in dressed completely in skull-white clothes which carry the marks of many bloody battles. Her left leg is totally splattered with blood even, as she claims, from a drow who's head she cut of by accident (she likes to do that with Drizzt's dagger). On her back she carries all her three swords and her bow, her quiver hangs from her left hip. On her belt hangs a small token to Bane, but she usually tugs it into her pants when in less common environments. She has tight, white-leather pants which disappear in long white boots (which come to slightly over her knee). Her mithril chainshirt comes to slightly under her belt at most times, though sometimes it comes slightly higher. Under it she has a warm, strong shirt of white leather as well. She has strong gauntlets that give her power people only see at a few times, usually when they are about to die. Her face is friendly, but dangerous. She has eyes like an eagle and always seems to be scouting the surroundings for the least sign of danger. She has a strong jawline and her cheeks have slightly fallen in. Her hair is long and done in many small braids which have all be weighted down with small lead beads. Her lips and eyes have been painted totally white with make-up and give her a dangerous apperance. Goals: Shareena aims to kill Drizzt Do'Urden with his own dagger while he is begging for mercy. She also hopes to conquer back the kingdom of Shanhor for herself. For the rest, she simply wants to kill to get better so she can one day kill Drizzt and others alike him. 'Fang' +1 vicious Bastard Sword This is her primary weapon at most times. She claims the constant burning when she wields it reminds her of her task. I'm still not entirely sure how she got the weapon, she herself claims she stole it from the corpse of Cyrist who was in her way. Though it is questionable that a Cyrist would wield such a weapon, it's not unlikely that she speaks the truth, since she takes little pride in the kills. She's painted it white and I've seen it's hilt turn red during a fight. One can say a lot, but it's one hell of a deadly weapon. 'Claw' +1 Frost Bastard Sword 'Claw' is perhaps her oldest weapon, bar the dagger she took from her father's corpse. 'Claw' is the weapon she usually wields in her right hand as her secondary weapon (though I hardly believe she has a favorite side). I saw her take the weapon from the hands of a living cleric of Eilistreaee before she cut his throath with Drizzt's dagger, telling the drow to search freedom elsewhere. She herself is nearly as chilly as this weapon. which sheds it's unusual blue-white light whenever she takes to wielding it. I've seen many foes perish under this weapon and I'm sure she'll kill a lot more with it. 'Stare' +1 Composite Longbow [+5 Str Bonus] This weapon was not in the posession of a drow when she took it. The adventuring Orc 'Goby the Kind' (or however the fool was called) had insulted her somehow (I don't recall how) during a barfight (i believe he drew her blood and fled when she tried to stab him back). She chased him around the Cloud Peeks for nearly two weeks. Even when he thought he had lost her, she somehow found him and finally slew him on top of a mountain. From him she also took her clean white winterclothing. 'Gore' Cold Iron Bastard Sword 'Gore' is the only weapon she carries that she had a blacksmith make specially for her. Inscribed with many runes chanting a ritual of slaughter for Bane, it is her back-up weapon. Made of the strongest iron she could find, it is meant to last when her more 'sutble' gear breaks down. She only killed a few people with it during a barfight, but the white weapon also serves as her ceremonial weapon at many times. 'Backstab' +1 Bastard Sword She took 'Backstab' from a Drow she killed in a tavern while en-route to Zhentarim Keep. "Book of answers" In this small pocket-book, Shareena keeps riddles, puzzles and things of wisdom she encounters. In addition to that it serves as her translation guide for Draconic and she has written down the names of all Drow she killed (that were willing to provide her with a name). Now some of you may wonder who I am? I... well. I'm only a simple Pit Fiend. I keep track of things that pass in time and many call me 'Bane's Librarian', which isn't entirely incorrect. But you know, someone has to do it, and I like the job. Away from all the... slaughter and blood. I can enjoy the tales of the past. Now, Shareena, be a nice girl and provide me with more bloodshed to write down in my little book about you that's growing larger every day. |
| metamind05-28-06, 04:57 PM | My current PC is a Catfolk monk with decent Perform(exotic dancing) and Profession(exotic dancer) mods (+8, I think). She might multi-class into a fighter, to wear leather armor and wield a whip. If only it was a nymph... |
| Horseshoe_Hermit05-28-06, 09:04 PM | In Baldurs Gate II: Shadows of Amn, I played a Necromancer for a while... His deal was that he wanted to cause everyone to die... allowing him to be the most powerful person in the universe... And since he was a psychopath, he had to do it in excruciatingly painful ways... Like Flesh to Stone... And Hold person and stabbedto death with daggers... Or mauled with giant Carrion Wurms... Or peeling the dried festering flesh right from your skin.... Or paralysing you with negative energy and then invoking magical terror... forcing you to experience horrible fear at the sight of him while he just stands there and looks at you... |

| SokenzanMarauder05-29-06, 12:28 PM | Bane Bladecleaver (Dungeon Master 2 anyone?) Alignment: L/E Classes: (DM was bored and wanted to do a high level one-shot) Ex-Paladin 13 Black Guard 7 History: If I remember correctly Bane's original name was Auriel Trueblade. He was of course a devote paladin of St. Cuthbert. However, sometime during his life he was on a quest with his allies to slay an ancient lich. They all died and it warped his mind which caused him to loose faith and go evil. Personality Quirks: Evil yes, however, people he considers his friends he would gladly die for. Favorite Quote: Well uh-oh. Favorite Quote in action: I was in this nobles mansion and I had the poor sod cornered. The other party members were holding off the guards in the hallway. I used my nifty dagger (+1 Dagger of Wounding) amd gave the man a nasty cut down the arm. He began screaming about how I was crazy and he was going to die. "Well uh-oh" I promptly cut his throat. Side Notes: This character was loosely based on Arthas from Warcraft 3. EVIL!!! -Gene |
| Koji05-29-06, 10:02 PM | My current character is a negative energy genasi--his mother was a pregnant woman who was a thrall to a lich. When he moved his keep and his thralls to the negative energy plane (with spells to enable his thralls to survive there) he decided to let the child live out of curiosity, having heard of fire/earth/water/air genasi. The child ended up being born a negative genasi, and basically looks like a human that's had all the life and color sucked out of him. He's nearly emotionless, flatly neutral, and joined the Doomguard because as a scion of the end of the universe, he feels that the universe has nowhere to go but down. Statwise, he's a fighter/cleric with a scythe that will be taking levels in doomlord as soon as he meets the requirements. |
