10-06-06, 08:44 PM I believe that there's a prestige class in the BOVD that will give improved critical range with a weapon made of steel, or iron. The class feature stacks with improved critical. Other than that I think that you'll be hard pressed to find any other way to get your crit range lower than 15-20

10-07-06, 07:46 PM There is the 3e Weapons Master that gives you a crit range bonus that stacks with improved crit. Its outdated though so you might have trouble getting your DM to okay it.

The Mind's Eye has a Psionic version. It has all the same abilities as the 3e weapons master, but it's might even be less likely to be accepted because it's Psionic.

10-10-06, 05:21 PM Word of caution, If you go into those Prc's make certain you have the feat before you gain the improved threat range ability, otherwise all you get is improved critical.
