I've been looking at this class for some time from Complete Adventurer, neither under or overpowered just kinda neat. We're starting at lvl 3 so I figure the best ie fastest way to get my class is lvl 1 rogue lvl 2 druid and just head up druid street till i can shapeshift and bam I get the class. Wanted to know if anyone else has had any experience playing the character and any low lvl suggestions for utility. All feats are taken up by the class requirements 2hd fight, weapon focus dagger and playing as a halfling (in theory) The scary part is not being able to hit the broad side of a barn at lvl 3. +1 base attack -2 to hit from 2 daggers and no strength bonus to speak of. I suppose just throw rocks like any good halfling and have my riding dog do more damage then I ever can :) Any mods or suggestion are welcome -curses to being out dps'd by my pet for 6 lvls |

You get no use out of them when you Wild Shape. 2) The Wild Shape ability of the Daggerspell Shaper suggests that it doesn't increase the number of HD your Wild Shape forms can have. 3) Your final ability has uses per day based off your Dexterity, which is constantly changing if you are using Wild Shape, plus your final ability only works if you aren't Wild Shaped (since you can't normally cast spells while wild shaped). If you work with your DM to change some of this around, maybe ruling that Weapon Focus (dagger) will work on your claws, that HD progression *does* advance, that your base Dexterity powers Daggerspell Flurry, and that you either get Natural Spell as a bonus feat or you can cast spells while Wild Shaped with no problem when using Daggerspell Flurry, then I suggest playing Ninja 2/Druid 5 before entering the class. Ninja 2 has far better Wis synergy than Rogue. |

Is that the wisdom related synergy you were talking about. besides that I gues the only problem would be working 2 lvls of ninja into my backstory before becoming a druid. the first halfling ninja druid |

Well not as easy as being a Halfling Scout before going all druidic style. With the halfling scout and I can move throw a dagger at +7 to hit 3rd lvl with 1d3+1d6+1 dmg not bad for a small guy. |
