| Kerri_Evanwood02-26-06, 07:50 PM | Whoever told you that must be on crack. A move is a move, and there's no way around it (unless you happen to cast a quickened teleport or something like that)... |
| Board_Rider02-26-06, 10:44 PM | The Complete Adventurer offers a DC35 Tumble check to stand up from the prone as a free action. AoO occur normally however. |
| Crimson_Concerto02-26-06, 11:01 PM | I think there's something like that to allow one to take a 10-foot stp instead of a 5-foot step, but it's 3.0 (Oriental Adventures), and I disallow it in my campaign, as it's much too easy to make the DC, and the scout would unvariably abuse it. The Elocator Prestige Class (XPH) can do the same thing without a check but with prerequesits for the class, of course. However, there are other ways to gain an extra move action or both move and make a full attack. Here are a few I know, but tehre are undoubtably more: The Psionic Power "Hustle" (XPH) grants one an extra move action in that round. The Dervish Prestige Class (Complete Warrior) allows one to both mopve and make full attacks, but it has more limitations. The Marshall Base Class (Miniatures Handbook) can grant its allies an extra move action. |

If you find it and your DM lets you use it forget you found him, throw him away and move on. A feat like this would be pretty ridiculous even going by the ridiculous standards of most of these splat books. |
