| coob of highmoor06-07-05, 08:08 AM | i am a lawful good mage and cleric, (a cleric of helm very lawful good character but hard in the the group i am in 4 out of 7 are evil) at the moment in my game 6 of 7 players have been poisoned by spiders the problem is that 2 of them are evil and i know they are. would i help them get cured of the poison i am the only one that can really help them. the secondry damage is going to go in soon. |

| coob of highmoor06-07-05, 09:39 AM | yes i agree turn them good but i do not have the time for that, do i help cured them from poison the evil pcs. is that a greater good helping evil people? or just let them die?! |

Are the benefitting the cause of good? If they're helping you on missions or events that promote good, then save them without a second thought. They are aiding the cause of good, regardless of alignment! If not, continue.... If they're committing evil acts, and you know this will get worse as they become more powerful, I can understand why you might not want to save them- Consider what they expect of you as a fellow party member, and what you expect of yourself. If the answer is that you would expect them to save you in the same situation, or that you expect they would want you to save them, you should probably save them regardless of your hesitation. |

If they answer yes, cure them. If they say no, don't answer in time, say "Then, May Helm guide these fallen commrads to their just reward." If they answer yes you could let them think that they HAVE to remain good and lawful or risk the wraith of Helm |
