Hello! I was wondering, how does one make a drow wizard into a lich? Is there a build for it in a book?

Ignoring the fact that this isn't the right forum for this topic, the lore you seek is on pages 166 to 168 of Monster Manual.

Speaking of which, Drowlich would make a pretty good surname for a character.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v402/Sikyanakotik/koboldgrin.gif

How do you make a drow lich? The same way you make any lich!

Take an evil spellcaster (Wizard, sorcerer, or cleric) with high hopes of living forever, one part magic item, another part evil ritual, and ta-da!!

Back to being serious, in the Monster Manual on page 168 it explains it. Here it is anyways...

Each would be Lich needs to make a magic phylactery in order to contain his spirit in. To make one it a character needs to have the Craft Wonderous Item feat. Character must be a spellcaster and have a caster level of 11th level or higher. The phylactery costs 120,000 gp and 4,800 XP to create and has a caster level equal to that of its creator at the time of its creation.

All in all, it's not hard to do this, become 11th level, make a magic item and that's about it. Enjoy your newfound un-life.
