In the PHB, under the druid section it talks about being a high ranked druid. It also talks about an initiation ceremony, but doesnt describe it. I am curious as to what this pertains to and how one would go about the initiation ceremony.

Anyone have any ideas?

Seriously, it was left vague intentionally so the DM could make up whatever fit the game the best. It could be as simple as "You're in the club", or it could be a long, drawn out cerimony, and it could include a difficult test/challenge to see if you're worthy or not, or not.

Basically, tell you're DM that you're interested in this, and see what you two can work out as a good cerimony, and run with it from there.
