druid wildshape ability [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-20-05, 02:16 AM here is my question, i dont recall where on this site but i am sure it was on the WOTC site somewhwere, that you can wild shape into an ape or dire ape and still be able to use your armor and weapons and gear because the ape was so similar to the human. does any one else recall seeing this somewhere and if so where?

02-20-05, 01:46 PM There is a retired article, under random encounters, that discusses magic item slots for animals titled Wild Life. However, it is mostly for non-bipeds. Its generally considered that any biped can use most standard magic item slots as long as they have physiology to do so.
