What do you think about a Dual-Weilding Dwarven Barbarian? He Daul-Weilds Dwarven Waraxes. What should his first Feat be? Will it be a good build? Need help fast Please.

First feat should be Two-Weapon Fighting, obviously. After that comes Oversized Two Weapon Fighting.

I would suggest just using a two handed weapon at the start with Extra Rage-
Then switch to two weapons with Two weapon fighting at lvl 3

I would suggest using an Urgosh, so you can use either two-weapon or two-handed fighting. Actually... I'd just suggest forgetting Two-weapon fighting even exists... unless you're a rogue. You're better off using a greatsword + Power Attack.

Depending on what sources you can use, you might check out the Dwarven Answerer in my sig. He uses two-weapon fighting when delivering Attacks of Opportunity, but otherwise wields his Urgosh two-handed.

My suggestion is if you want to go dual-wielding dwarven barbarian, to instead use a dwarven urgrosh. You get to treat it as a martial weapon so you don't have to waste a feat on it. In situations when you can only make one attack (because you moved or whatever) you use it as a two-handed weapon (1.5 STR bonus + 2-for-1 power attacking). When you can make a full attack then you can use it as a double weapon.

The damage isn't super hot, but you probably will end up doing enough bonus damage after a while that the base damage won't matter much. Also using two waraxes would add extra penalties since you aren't using a light off-hand weapon, which means you'll do less damage in the long run (due to misses).

One thing to consider is that as a Dwarf, you can freely multiclass with Fighter (in case you feel you need a few more feats, and don't mind missing out on a few skill points and slowing down your Rage, Damage Reduction, etc. progression).

One thing to think about would be multiclassing Barbarian/Fighter up to 8th level in order to get Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization with your urgrosh (and if you don't take TWF at level 1 and instead take Extra Rage, take TWF as your first Fighter bonus feat).

It is a trade-off, though, as you get Uncanny Dodge at 3rd level, Trap Sense +1 at 5th, and have to wait all the way to 7th to get one more Rage per day, plus missing out on some skill points.

If the skill points and class abilities are important to you, stick with straight Barbarian. If it's pure combat power you're after, and don't mind delaying a few more general adventuring abilities (and missing out on Tireless and Mighty Rage when you get up to the really high levels--assuming the campaign won't go epic...) it's not a bad trade-off to get a few Fighter levels. And if you were looking at a PrC anyway, then those Fighter levels might help more than you realize, as you can get combat oriented feats with Fighter levels and PrC requisite feats with level increases.

Ranger levels synchronize well with Barbarian as well, but without either as a Favored Class I wouldn't suggest it. Barbarian 10/Ranger 10 isn't quite as good as a few levels of one and a lot of levels of the other.

We have just such a Dwarf in our party right now. If you want to dual wield Dwarven waraxes, here's the plan. Start out as a Dwarf Barbarian 1 with a single Dwarven waraxe and a light weapon, like a hand axe. Take the feat Two Weapon Fighting. You'll have a good primary weapon that you could choose to wield two-handed, or dual wield with the hand axe for -2 on attacks each.

At 2nd level, you could take a level in Fighter. With the bonus feat, take Oversized Two Weapon Fighting. Purchase that second Dwarven waraxe and swing away.

Or stick to Barbarian completely and wait until 3rd level to take the feat.

The urgrosh is a good choice as well, but this addresses the OP.

What about a dwarven urgrosh in one hand and a throwing hammer in the off-hand? You can deal either slashing/bludgeoning or piercing/bludgeoning, or if you drop (throw) the hammer, slashing/piercing damage.

Consider going fighter, take the TWF tree, then go dwarven defender.
The down side is no raging or fast movement and you have to be lawful.

A multi-class/gestalt ranger(TWF)/barbarian is something else too.

The urgrosh is an awesome weapons, great for TWF.

 The urgrosh is a two-hander, it's a double weapon.
