Dungeonmastercal 01-23-04, 07:00 PM	Ok...I know I've seen the answer to this somewhere, but can't find it. But my party is fracturing over this one, simple thing. Does an enhancement bonus to an ability score raise the actual ability, or it's bonus? Example: 3.5 Cat's Grace spell grants a +4 bonus to DEX. Does this raise a DEX from 16 to 20 for the duration, or does it raise a DEX 16's +3 bonus to +7? Sigh...I worry too much about this stuff.
Darth K'Trava 01-23-04, 08:05 PM	It raises the DEX from 16 to 20 for the duration. The + bonus only goes up by 2 (the difference between 16's +3 bonus and 20's +5 bonus)
