KianTreeshadow 11-30-06, 03:41 PM	My DM informed our group about a week or so ago that before christmas break, he wanted to put a normal campaign on hold and run a Lvl 12 Evil campaign for a session (we are breaking in to Grawhawk Castle!), which i thought was a cool idea. So far we haven't stated anything out yet but seeing as how my normal character is CG i decided to play a LE character. My idea is a Half-Elf Spellthief 10/ Monk 2 ( Spellthief levels first then monk), give him two weapon fighting with a dagger in one hand and unarmed in the other for stealing spells, stunning fist, imp unarmed strike, etc. Thats all ive goteen so far. I was just curious to see if anyone here has had a memorable evil campaign and wants to share their story and/or build and get your input on mine as well. Happy Evil Gaming!
Regular_K 11-30-06, 05:39 PM	I DM'd an evil campaign, but I remember one of my players was a rogue Changling. He would change into so many things and get them in trouble. Like, one time, he changed into a female and seduced the guard to a Orc cave, and then, when they were leaving with the stolen object, he started kissing the orc, then changed into a troll. At that, the guard and like, 8 other orcs ran after them. It was so funny!

My favorite was probably my evil abjurer. One of the few times I actually chose to play a wizard over a sorcerer, and it was so fun. I went Initiate of the Sevenfold Veil, put a few high level effects on a creature, then Kaliedoscopic doom it, running it through all effects of a prismatic sphere like 3 times. really fun if you charm person them first, cast some buffs, then hit 'em with KD. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v91/yawgmoth/kittyjig.gif
Board_Rider 12-01-06, 12:31 AM	My favorite evil PC was a Tiefling Rogue/Ranger/Wizard/Assassin. That guy rocked.
PiedmonSama 12-01-06, 12:36 AM	Never played in an evil campaign but I immensely enjoyed playing a Chaotic Evil Rogue/Fighter/Assassin character once. He had two bladed gauntlets, a belt full of poisons, and generally looked like a drowned rat. Finn Connors was immensely fun to play, I got to be totally sarcastic and demeaning to pretty much everything, since I didn't have to worry about being polite. And it was fun to, for once, play a guy who was actually looking for fights, as opposed to most of my characters who only fight when given no other choice.
Spraktes 12-01-06, 12:39 AM	My favorite Evil PC that I played was a NE Drow fighter who wielded a Nagi-nata. His name was Draven Alvignian. When our monk friend found a corrupted Lich item, and started spouting out orders, I stabbed him and crit him for over 90hp. He failed his fort save :) . No one messes with my Drow. My othr favorite time was when we snuck into the elven kingdom. I had some mask the DM rigged to make me look like an elf. we were captured and interrogated, and I was the only one to make my bluff checks. The other three (two elves and a half-elf) were sentenced to death. I accused them of breaking in :D .
SageBahamut 12-01-06, 03:45 AM	I remember once playing an evil Rogue3/Warlock3/Marshal1 who was a wanted serial killer. He cause the group a lot of trouble by doing things like wandering off in the middle of a fight, blowing up the city guard, and so on. He was horribly insane, but so much fun to play. His shining moment came during a ritual. The guy our group was trying to stop was going to use this mirror that grants a wish, at a consummate price. He was going to sacrifice himself to save his mother. So on the night he was going to enact the ritual (and the group - mostly good - were going to stop him and recover the mirror) he sneaked into the hospital and slit the mother's throat. While Disguised as the son. In public view. Then sneaked off and rejoined the group in time to hear the story of how the ritual didn't work.
Admantas 12-01-06, 09:03 AM	Ah , I have fond memories of my short lived(The campaign wasn't very long) CE Ranger. He'd sneak everywhere and then get stabby with his boot knife , he ended up being a better rouge then ...well...the party rouge! :D
razorboy 12-01-06, 09:08 AM	Currently playing an evil campaign. I play a NE human female Wizard/Cleric/Shadow Adept/Mystic Theurge, who's a de-jure leader of a Sharran cell (the party). The campaign has its ups and downs, but my character is keeping busy keeping the party in-fighting under control, and dealing with uh... voices in her head. :) Evil campaigns are fun but they tend to derail, people pursue individual agendas more, also more distrust and party in-fighting happening. Although altogether I must say some of the best roleplaying moments have been in an evil campaign.
Pangeon 12-01-06, 01:25 PM	Probably my favorite evil character to date was Gimblewight, a CE Gnome Bard/Barbarian/Fighter who used a whipdagger. He was downright insane, and got very... violent when he was bored. After assassinating a noble, he took his pet monkey and raised it as his own. Liked killing other gnomes more than anything. I'm currently playing a LE Deathwalker (Necromancer variant,) who just reached 5th level, Gale the Corpsecrafter. (Funny thing, I chose the name before I knew about the feat.) Evil is fun. :D
