My character is a level 2, almost 3 CE fighter. Our group consists of all good/neutral characters except my rogue NE friend and I. We have a paladin, 2 sorcerers, a druid, and another fighter. I recently was taken into a hostage kind of thing and my current quest is to now prove myself to a vampire (female) and if I have, I may choose to be a vampire. I have had death threats to my character so I'm assuming this is a plan of his to help keep me alive just as a way to balance multiple friends against me, potentially giving me more hp from blood drain.

My questions:
A)If I were to be a vampire, would this even be a playable campaign RP-wise?If it would be playable, would I be able to successfully defend myself from a druid, sorcerer and paladin?
B)Being a vampire provides many weaknesses, such as losing 1/3rd hp every round from running water and the whole sunlight issue, would this make my character forced into a conversion of being heavily cloaked during sunlight or would it make my character forced into a bit of a less-traveling, urban campiagn?

Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. You've got conflict with the party, and the solution you came up with to keep the party from killing you, was to be a vampire. After all, the paladin, druid, and other sane party members won't want to kill you after your a vampire.
My first impulse is to say that you'll be lucky to wake up in the evening after the paladin sees you the first time.
Then I thought, "Hrm...undead are abominations of the natural order, and druids don't like that sort of thing".
Then I thought, "What sort of person would travel with an individual who has an unceasing supernatural compulsion to use them as food?", and I couldn't come up with anyone not mentally unstable.

So, you've done the remarkable, and found something that the Druid and the Paladin will both agree on. Odds are, you'll also convince anyone sitting on the fence. I commend you for bringing unity to forces that are normally only grudging allies.

Your best hope is to some how engineer a competative situation between the other party members. The paladin will likely start off in the lead, and he's got the best tools for vampire killing in general. The druid, depending on his training, might be close behind. The rest of the party probably won't consider you a spiritual/moral blight (just a threat to their lives), and should be lest fanatical and driven, so they'll probably be "also rans". If you can possibly get the entire party to trip over each other in their rush to destroy you, that may provide enough time for you to escape.

So, to answer your questions:
A: No. You can't play this character in this party. It's silly to think you could be a CE chacter, who THEN becomes a vampre, and not provoke the paladin, druid, and anyone else who's remotely good or opposed to life sucking undead.
B: No. Three on one, they will smash you. The paladin is perfectly equiped for killing you. The druid is a druid, and just hard to deal with in general. I don't know the Sorc's spells, but he could be as bad as any of the others.
B2: No. As a vampire, you won't want to be out in the sun, even with a big heavy cloak. A strong gust of wind would move the cloak enough that you'd be disoriented, and shortly burst into a million littel cinders. Also, I presume the indirect sunlight might be harmful itself.

Bottom line:
If your plan includes the idea "If I do this, maybe I can survive when my party tries to kill me"...develop a new course of action that doesn't involve the party trying to kill you.

Oh, and you know that guy who's killing everyone's characters and doing things that the rest of the party couldn't possibly tolerate?
It sounds like you're planning to be that guy.
Don't be that guy.

You have killed your game, well done.
