| Grandczar02-14-06, 11:03 AM | What are some of the evil things you guys have done in games? Just recently burned down a town to cause a distraction to steal for a church, haaha |
| CryoSilver02-14-06, 07:36 PM | My rogue once stalked and killed every friend and family member of a rival guild member, recording each kill in a magical recording stone, including several that involved torture, mutilation or rape and sending each to the rival in order to convince him to turn down a promotion my character wanted. The same rogue later went on to assassinate the guild leader by means of an Alter Self spell, posing as a prostitute and poisoning him in bed. Several in game months later he sold the location of the guild's HQ to the local guard and when the guards investigated, collpased the roof on them for no good reason other than to get back at both the guild and the guard for minor slights. |
| Archangel_James02-15-06, 04:51 PM | As a PC, I've always been good. But as DM, plenty! Recently... Burned down every town the PCs came to, Had seemingly good dwarves doing naziesque experiments on duergar, Revealed, after they killed him, that the BBEG was only a child, and a former ally, no less, Made the PC's in- and out-of-game bickering keep thousands of people from being resurected. |

That... IS AWESOME. Well, in terms of evilness. How did anyone else get along with that particular character? 'Cause he's...I mean...sick. Really, really sick. Psychotic sick. |
| vlndlcat0r02-15-06, 05:43 PM | Ah yes, evil things I've done in D&D. Here's a list of a few things I've done in my years of playing: -Gave Delay Blast Fireballs to kids and tell them it's candy. Make sure you teleport to a place with a nice view before it explodes. If you want them to suck on the tiny ball, a simple presidigitation spell will give it that sweet candy flavor. -Turned someone to stone and carved them into cute little statues. It's even more fun when you can give someone a stoned and carved piece of their loved one's flesh as a gift or memento. If you want to be mischevious, cast stone to flesh on it while they're holding it. -Baleful Polymorphed a mother holding her child into a wolf. She failed her will save and took on the mentality of a wolf. As she attacked and devoured her child I dispelled the Baleful Polymorph, allowing her to regain her form and mentality as she looked down on the eviscerated corpse of her child while tasting the still moist flesh in her mouth. -Polymorphed a tempermental infant into an ogre. The child, enjoying it's new size and power, persisted to knock holes in buildings and pick people up like toys. A nearby paladin, hearing the terrible screams of people being trampled and thrown, quickly dispatched the menace. Ah the look on his face as he saw the child take its true form as he cleaned the blood from his blade. -Used illusion spells on a group of old handicapped people (retired warriors), making them look like shambling zombies. Only to have the town rally against them and set them afire. -Started a war between two kingdoms to sell weapons to both sides. I have more stories, but many of them are a bit too graphic to post on here. Needless to say, I enjoy roleplaying fiends. |
| bassist3333302-15-06, 05:57 PM | One time, I was a half-fiend cleric of Nerull (God of Death). And so I went around everywhere razing buildings, destroying villages, killing people, and then to show my devotion as a cleric, at every town that I destroyed, I lined up bodies, parts of buildings, etc, doused them in gas and the flame looked like a scythe (Nerull's symbol). It was really cool. Also, one time I was a rogue and assassin, and I was basically an all-around badass. It was neat. |
| thorsword02-15-06, 06:03 PM | My friends and I had started a campaign a few years back and we had reached a really high level. This annoying friend of ours (you all have that one friend who you all can't stand yet still allow to hang out) found out and begged us to let him play. We let him start at 1st level. Big mistake. he started cause alingment problems , he rules mongered when we were just trying to speed thru a part, and the most annoying...He copied my fighting style. Two weapons. ( I know common thing, but he really bugged me). So after killing a very nasty red dragon he leveled up after doing nothing but firing ONE arrow, missing and sitting out the fight. After that I got so furious I cut off his arm so he couldn't fight with two hand anymore. He cryed and moaned and begged for healing from the cleric but he was on my side and told him the it was his god willed it. So he tried kill his character and I didn't let him. I kept spouting that life was precious and I protected him. When he finally suceeded I had the cleric revive him. He lost a bunch of constitution points until he finally quit the game. |
| Shar_the_Black02-16-06, 09:40 AM | In one campaign, we had a guy named Murdock, a cleric of Mask. One night in this small sleepy village, (neutral in alignment) he comes across a small temple of Pelor. The head priest is outside re-wording a sign for tomorrow's assembly. Sneaking up on the little old man, Murdock casts silence on the priest, pulls out his weapon (a very big mace, think Witchking from LotR) and clubs the guy to death. Hides the body in the church's basement (to animate later). And goes into the place to clear it of the pelorites. Afterwards, he simply went outside, and made the sign say, "Under New Management..." He secretly made the place into a church of Mask and had some of his followers impersonate some of the clergy using hats of disguise. And nobody knew the difference at first, except that some creepy guy in black's now supposedly the sponser of the church. Soon, Murdock bought town property, buildings, shops and whatnot (using different disguises), while contacting other orders of Mask and asking them to join up and help him out. He soon owned basically everything. Before the town realized what was going on, it became a run-down area run by the church of Mask, and he made himself the new local Lord. He basically overcharged folks for their rent, their goods, and whatnot, made the church a thrives guild, and had his rather sizeable cult handle anyone who interfered. From that day on, the village became his base of operations, and he became a very rich slumlord. |
| Boris02-16-06, 10:10 AM | Oh yea. My evil character has done a lot as well. -Slaughtered elves and one was flying. Well I couldn't reach him, so I ripped off the heads of his fallen comrads, some of them still alive and tossed them at him. -I have tosses guards over 20 ft walls and they plumeted to thier death. -Cut the holy symbol off the head of one of Loths consorts. (im a duergar) -Used people as improvised weapons. -I tossed a druids animal companion into a arena of death in the abyss. -I was coming up with tactics for a fight, and the druid ignored them and polymorphed one of the ogres. Well I punted the cat right into his face probably breaking his jaw and nose. -I tossed a party member into a mob of zombies. Thats stuff my fighter has done. Other characters of mine have done far worse, but I don't know whats acceptable to post or not. |
| v209902-16-06, 10:36 AM | my game is an evil camp, so every1 is evil aligment for me i drik children's blood, and torture ppl, my dm awarded me with Saddism trait |
| Marendithas_the_Necro02-16-06, 12:37 PM | I didn't do it now, but next campaign I do it : (true necromancer 10 cleric 3 necromancer 3) Kill all people in a city( we are winning a war so just do it! ) and sacrifice them to evil gods we know example: 100 for Karaan, 100 for Nerull, 100 for Doresain and so on... |
| Templetroll02-16-06, 08:22 PM | What are some of the evil things you guys have done in games? Just recently burned down a town to cause a distraction to steal for a church, haaha Waaay back when I played in a Boot Hill campaign (TSR Western game, for you young'uns) We had a member of the group get tossed in the jail. We got a case of dynamite. Not knowing anything about the stuff we lined the base of the church with most of the case, took five sticks against the wall of the jail by our buddy's cell and two fellows rode horses down the main street in opposite directions lighting sticks and tossing them down the side streets they passed. The church lifted up and disintegrated, the two guys had fun scaring the hell out of their horses and trying not to fall off and the jail collapsed. The guy hiding behind the outhouse in back of the jail was killed when the blast destroyed it and kinda shredded him. We were able to dig our buddy out of the rubble of the jail but he was 'annoyed' with us so we shot him. It was a fun, but fast, campaign. I learned to love dynamite in low-tech settings. :D |
| Landman02-16-06, 10:19 PM | Succubi, torture racks and blue screens of death These are a few of the evilest things. |
| lastcurse02-18-06, 02:59 AM | Ok, evil things.... A bard in my group had polymorph used on him so to appear as a rival and secuced the Lord's daughter. Got her in bed, and then beat her up until the guards came. After making his escape with a dimension door spell and having the polymorph dispelled, life became very interesting for the rival. A wizard struck a deal with a succubus to seduce the King, and then once he fell in love with her, to then get caught in bed with his son, causing a major rebellion and war between the nobles. Casting pestilence (BoVD-- makes a large scale plague) in a major city and killing tens of thousands just to cause discord and drive the prices of grain down (they were running a trading cartel). Sacrificing children to devils for their service. There was a woman who was leading the crusade to clean up the bad part of town and bust up the prostitution ring the PCs ran. So, the rogue strangles her daughter with a garrote until she is unconscious and and brings the body to the wizard. The wizard summons a glabrezu with planar binding and offers a host for him to enter the mortal world with. The wizard claimed her as his property, and in exchange for the service of the glabrezu killing the mother, the glabrezu would be given the girl. So, he not only got her possessed, but bought the posession with her. Of course, the girl killed her mother good after that and continued to murder throughout the campaign. The girl was killed by the guards and then the glabrezu itself manifested and wreaked some good havok. The wizard summoned a very small water elemental and told it to go into someone's canteen and once drank, to attack them internally. |
| Ichor Spellka02-18-06, 10:54 AM | We took over a town that was being assaulted by lizard folk. We then fended off a few attacks, and took the tribe leader captive. I took his arm during questioning, and grafted it to myself (the large lizardfolk from MM3). We then planted a cyst inside him, and had him lead us to his tribe. We sent him in to gather up the entire tribe, at which point we bombarded them with area effect blasts. We killed the majority, prevented the surviving women and children from fleeing, and enslaved them to work in the mines. I can't recall if we ended up animating their dead to work in the mines as well. |
| CryoSilver02-18-06, 01:25 PM | That... IS AWESOME. Well, in terms of evilness. How did anyone else get along with that particular character? 'Cause he's...I mean...sick. Really, really sick. Psychotic sick. It helps that no one in the party was good; it was a group of CN, LN, TN, CN and myself, NE. |
| Archmage_Vall02-19-06, 12:49 AM | Demon: Why yes, I will gladly help you out of this most unfortunate predicament. What will you give me in exchange? Wizard: I have money. Demon: So do I. I'm looking for something more.... permanent. Wizard: (Thinks "He wants my soul, doesn't he) Um... You can have HIS soul (points at child). Demon: Works for me. Here's a gem and a scroll of Trap the Soul. You know what to do. Later that night, when everyone was asleep, the wizard had volunteered to stand watch (something he never did before). Wizard: *goes over to sleeping child, coup de grace, casts Trap the Soul, gives gem to demon* Demon: Thanks *snaps finger* Party is saved from attack of 50+ Hellcats, and the Wizard gets a shiny new Staff of Transmutation (He's a transmutation specialist) |
| TLomon02-19-06, 12:55 AM | This really belongs in the mature forums. |
| lunacy0502-23-06, 08:57 AM | This happened two years ago when the DM decided to run an evil game. My character who is a Chaotic Evil Fighter accompanied with a Neutral Evil Drow Rogue happened to stumble upon a cave infested with goblins. After much killing were done, they found out that the goblins has been busy with kidnapping people in a nearby village. There were 3 cages filled with men, women and children. The drow decidedly to look for loot while the fighter stayed behind with the captives. Bored while waitting and annoyed by the villagers who kept begging to be release. He begin to douse the first two cages with lantern oil and set them ablaze, intentionally letting the third cage full of women and children to witness the horrors of the burning, screaming villagers. There onward, he broke the lock to the third cage and started to slay most of them. This left only a adult women and 3 children, helpless and too afraid to escape. He proceed to murder them with his bare hands and leave the young boy alive. He raped the young boy and killed him, then rape the corpse of the boy again. In the end, the drow returned to see the fighter feasting on a BBQ kid. In another game, i played a Chaotic Evil Changling Rogue. The party stumbled upon a small hamlet and the rogue decidedly to visit the first shop in there. Greeting the shop keeper in polite and kindness, he changes his looks to match the shop keeper and murdered him. He then proceed to poison a whole barrel of apples with strong paralyzing poisons and sold the apples to the people at a very, very low price. In the end, the whole hamlet of people were paralyzed. The sorcerer has his fun with the local woman and pass her to the rogue. In disgust, he unstoppered a vial of acid and stuff it in her *ahem*, letting her suffer in the most agonizing pain. He was bored and proceed to head out, coup de graed most of the people, head into the tavern and began to torture the barkeeper by smashing his face on the bar itself while the rogue kept demanding that he wants the barkeeper to make him a Bloody Mary. Soon afterwards, the barkeeper's face were bruised and broken. The rogue drag him up the stairs and let his head at the end to feel the bumps. Before he went to sleep, he begins to toss knives at the injured barkeep by treating him as a live target practise. He died when i rolled a crit. |

You would make a great addition to our evil game. We do fecked up stuff all the time. It's so very fun. Bad thing is it's an epic game so we don't have much fun with villagers or such. But shattering paladin family jewls is fun ^_^ |
| *Truean*02-23-06, 12:53 PM | As the DM... Betrail is greif.... The NPC that the party had worked with from the time they were level 3 was THE villian.... They just couldn't figure out why every single place they went, trouble just followed them.... Crimes pinned on them, PR campaign against them, family members maimed (left alive). Perhaps the most devious: mailcious advice.... Whenever you hear someone say "sacrifice" and they're talking about you... as if you should do something to be moral.... run.... That person intends to collect the sactificial offering.... Piously telling the PCs to give up resources out of selflessness they could have otherwise used to fight against the very evil betraying them.... Though, they never did put the pieces together how the mind flayers knew exactly where they were..... Basically, everything the PCs did was turned against them in an effort to a.) buy time, and b.) destroy them if possible.... Villains are as interesting as you make them.... |
