What do you mean by evil? Intelligent, selfish evil can get along with Good just fine, as long as they have some reason to. "Lets burn down the village!" evil... can't.

Assuming the former, just give them all a common goal and you're good.

But because it's probably the later, my suggestion is to split up the group, either with two DMs or one common DM. Run them in the same setting, and have the two groups eventually face off.

Actually, even the evil-evil characters could have a place, depending on their classes: They could just be hiding. O course, if they are a human frenzied berserker and a half-ogre warhulk, that'll a little hard, but with more subtle classes, I could definitely see two evil agents (even if they're fighting the main villain) deceiving the good party (although perhaps not the paladin). And when the good ones discover, consider one large PvP to end the campaign. You're talking about a climax!
Hope it helps, good luck!

If the DM won't fix things, then they may be unfixable.
You have the little cliques each wanting to do their own thing, and even if the evil characters don't commit hostilities against the good characters, I suspect that they will be so blatant in their acts that the good characters would either have to oppose them or become defacto accomplices by just pretending it didn't happen. If they talk about that guy they killed and who's stuff they took, what should a good character do?
Plan A: Talk to the DM and see if they will do something (A weak willed DM is rarely a good thing. They are the ultimate arbiter of the rules, and if someone gets away with something because they can cow the DM, but someone else can't, then any semblance of fairness and control is gone).
Plan B: Two groups. Let the evil characters spin off on their own, while the good characters continue merrily on their way.
Plan C: New DM. One that will lay down the law beforehand and be willing to stand up to the other players. Declaring that a game will be "No evil" or even "Non-good" is perfectly acceptable beforehand. Making this determination after the fact is unfair to the affected parties.
Plan D: Let it spin out of control until the whole campaign is lost. Maybe the players that played evil and the players that played good won't care too much for each other, or even the game, but in the end, your hands are clean and everyone could maybe develop a dislike for the DM that wasn't willing to take charge like they should have.
Plan E: Talk to the different groups and see if they will be willing to play the other group's game. If the good clique will go evil, or the evil clique will reform, then it may work. Note I said may. You still have the isue of a potentially self-destructive evil group or players unhappy with being forced to be "goody-goody" or whatever.
Again, for emphasis, and feel free to show them if you want to, THIS IS THE DM'S JOB! They should really start to think about doing it or getting out of the way of someone that will.

Thanks guys I think I will try to get the players to work together by making a common goal but if that dosent work i'll just let the players destroy themselves and try to become DM myself or a least someone else.;)
