12-09-05, 04:45 PM I'd say no. The only mention of hit dice in the description of familiars talks about effects relating to hit dice, not feats, skills, etc. Also note that all of the things that would normally be related to HD (hp, skills, saves, BAB, etc.) are based off the master's stats.

12-09-05, 07:16 PM No. Familiar's HD does not increase, it is CONSIREDED the same as it's master for deciding how it interacts with effects. So they do not gain feats. Psionic psycristals are another mater, but as customer service keeps giving contradictory answer on wether they gian feats or not, I would abstain for arguing it.
