I am creating a character based around skills and didn't know if bonuses to skills from two different feats would stack. Specifically, would the +2 Bonus from Deceitful or Persuasive stack with the +3 bonus from skill focus on any skill Persuasive or Deceitful modify?

They stack as they are unnamed bonuses, IIRC.

Persuasive gives an unnamed +2 bonus to Bluff and Intimidate checks.

Skill Focus: Bluff and Skill Focus: Intimidate give an unnamed +3 bonus to Bluff and Intimidate, respectively.

Unnamed bonuses stack, so if you took Persuasive and Skill Focus in Bluff or Intimidate, you'd get a +5 bonus to the skill you took Focus in and a +2 to the other one.

If you're making a social debutante and want to squeeze every last bonus you can, having five ranks in Bluff gives a +2 Synergy bonus to Intimidate. If you take 5 ranks each in Bluff and Intimidate, Persuasive, and Skill Focus: Intimidate, then your Bluff modifier would be (5 ranks) + (2 Persuasive) + (CHA Modifier), and your Intimidate modifier would be (5 ranks) + (2 Persuasive) + (3 Skill Focus) + (2 Synergy) + (CHA Modifier). You can make a level 2 character really scary!
