We're approaching the end of RHoD, and just entering the "last" dungeon, to take on the BBEG.

Anyway:

Me: *Approaches doors*
Door/voice: Leave or die!
Me: But we're here to pay our respects to the Master of the RHoD
Door / voice : Leave your offerings at the door and depart.
Me: *inquiring* Uhh....What do you accept as offerings?
Door / voice : Gold, jewels, magic items, sacrifices...
Me: *thinks for a second* (That's great) We've done a huge sacrifice in your name!

*deadpan* Yeah, we just sacrificed your army.

Seriously, the "final fight, from start of siege to death of general was ~1.5hrs game time. We pretty much single handedly took out their army.
The town leader was suppose to be heavily injured from a sniper, but thanks to a charge from our staff of life, he was fully healed.

So, approaching the temple, we we're attacked by a dragon, flying high over a canyon, I get initiative, it fails a save. That was the second, if not third time a dragon's fallen foul of Ectoplasmic cocoon :) (and fallen hard 150ft :D)

Sensory deprivation + dragon = lots of chasing a big, scaly, Helen Keller wanna-be and hacking it to death with sneak attacks

I miss our dragon skeleton. He was useful. :weep:
