Anyone know a book that has prices for furniture for your house?

I am DMing a campaign and my PCs have just bought a rather large house (7 bedrooms???? There is only 5 people!) Anyway I was just wondering if there is a book that has some furniture we can put in the house.

Wow...I don't think I've seen that in any of my books. I'll dig through what I have...

Anybody know if they have anything in the Stronghold Builder's Guide? That's the best shot I can think of.

Gah, sorry, I'll check as soon as I'm done eating. Didn't expect food to be ready so soon.

Yeah, I can't find anything in the books it would be likely to be in.

There was a thread on the boards a while back - it was utterly awseome - where many of us posted ideas for treasure - everything from furnature to works of art - If I could remember the name I would link you to it - but somebody must remember the name of it - threads like that do not get forgotten.

I would have thought good taste would preclude creating such a list... after all, anything that can be bought can be sold, and the bane of every DM's existence is the penchant of players to take everything that isn't nailed down. The last thing we need is more adventurer/pre-owned furniture salesmen.

That being said, I would assume that basic furniture (tables, chairs, beds, some manner of cabinetry) would be included in the price of the house. Anything more extravagant than that would be fairly expensive and available only in large cities (or looted from fancy dungeons).

The Castle Builders Guide has some good items for houses, although origionally intended for castles, and are sized and priced.
