| GFC_Seracule09-25-05, 01:12 PM | I have a game in about forty-five minutes, with if I remember correctly 1 warforged fighter, 1 warforged wizard, 1 not-sure-what-race fighter/ranger(i think, may have been fighter/rogue), and 1 wyrmling dragon which we will wrap up and pretend is a loaf of bread. I'm a new player and usually play a caster or manifestor, so something different would be nice. It is Eberron, in Sharn, with no race/class restrictions. Psionics are allowed. Thanks in advance. |
| TheErsatzFacsimileOfMe09-25-05, 01:20 PM | I'd play an Gnome Artificer. |
| GFC_Seracule09-25-05, 01:32 PM | I don't know what book thats in, and I don't know if my DM has the book. |
| Brave Sir Bevier09-25-05, 01:42 PM | I'll second a Gnome Artificer. We played an Eberron session with 2 warforged and no artificer and we simply couldn't get healed. The "repair" spells (i.e. Repair Light Damage) from Tome and Blood is also very useful for Warforged (they are the "cure" spells for constucts that can be cast by sorcerers and wizards). |
| Brave Sir Bevier09-25-05, 01:44 PM | The "articficer" is from Eberron Campaign Setting on page 29. We are simply saying that a gnome would make a good artificer. There is a sample gnome artificer on page 33, if you want to use something pre-made. I know you are running short on time. |
| GFC_Seracule09-25-05, 01:53 PM | Alright, since everyone thinks an artificer, could someone tell me what exactly one is  I've heard of one but I don't own the eberron campaign setting so I've never seen one. |
| Brave Sir Bevier09-25-05, 02:11 PM | Well just refer to a page by good ol' Edymnion. Unofficial Artificer FAQ (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=373293&page=1&pp=30) |

| GFC_Seracule09-26-05, 03:24 PM | Too late, but thanks. I ended up with a rogue 1/egoist 2 changling. |
