I have some problem's with my Cha! I'm a DruidL7/RangerL6 at this time i have only 10HD for Animal Companion. Now my question when i take the feat
extra companions (see in the Quintessential Druid) i have 4more HD now 14HD
can i take at this time a Dire Bear as animal companion?

I'm allways the Cha who survived :D !

12-02-04, 02:28 PM I assume the Quintessential Druid was a 3.0 book, since the feat is extra companions. In which case, it's not applicable to 3.5; the animal companion ability has been entirely reworked.

12-03-04, 01:21 AM Quintessential books are non-core, and usually non-balanced.

Ask your DM before even USING such a book, and also ask him about this specific thing.
