| Maug00007-31-06, 08:36 AM | Greetings all I recently started d&d'ing again after a couple of years absense and can't say I know all the classes or prestige classes out there, so I could use some advice here. I play a Doppelganger character (humanoid 4/warshaper 1) and my current template looks like this (humanoid 4/warshaper 4(cw)/mindspy 5(cw)/????). I don't know if this is good, but I love playing the doppelganger in the social parts of playing, and I can hold my own so far in combat. As for the advices needed, I love versatility and therefore I'm leaning towards the chameleon(races of destiny), but I also want him to be at least semi-powerful. Well let me hear what ppl think, and don't be too harsh, noob here :-) |

Templates are modifications to a race, not things you train up. "Half dragon" is a template, warshaper and mindspy are not. Also, are you aware your effective character level (ECL) is currently 17, not 13? |
