We're starting off all over again and so far my party consists of:
A half-Dragon Elf Monk(Or something like that, he had it all planned out..)
A Elf Wizard,
A Halfling Rogue
And me.

Now my question is "What should I be to keep the party balanced?"
We have the Complete Adventurer, Divine, Arcane and warrior,
I certainly do not feel like playing a Fighter or a Barbarian, the rest is pretty much fine... Can you help me balance my party?

Well, you could play a cleric to fill the heal-bot role.

It does seem kind of like you're left with the healer's role, unless you can talk your DM into making healing belts or some such readily available.

Cleric is always really strong, but I understand if that's not your flavor. Personally, in your situation I would go with Shugenja (as long as you don't choose fire as your element, you should be fine for the healing). Spirit Shaman can also be fun, though (not as powerful as Druid, but requires a heck of a lot less work).

I'd second cleric for balance seeing as how you're not into playing a front-line fighter, but the party will still suffer in combat without one.

Not if he's going to be a cleric it won't. :P

Looking at the rest of the group it seems you're all starting at least at level 4. You're already going to be doing a fairly good job as a front-line fighter thanks to heavy armor, and if you take a god with the war domain, possibly a good weapon as well. Besides, one 2 or 3 more levels with some of your spells you'll be able to completely replace the fighter anyway.

I'd rather recommend druid. Your party severely lacks in both tank and healer roles. Unless you start pretty high level, the half-dragon can't survive more than 1-2 hits, and halfling rogues aren't famed for their tanking abilities either.
Animal companion and summons provide a decent frontline at lower levels and also multiple flanking companions for the rogue. If your level is higher than 5 you could also be a good frontliner yourself, with the aid of Wildshape.
The driud is also a decent healer, although a bit behind the cleric.

If you don't like druids however, cleric is also a very solid choice.

Your party needs a healer, you should pick the cleric.

if you take a god with the war domain, possibly a good weapon as well.

War domain gives martian weapon proficiency and weapon focus to deity's favorite weapon only. ;)

Anyway there's also plenty of prestige classes with melee abilities (ie. moderate spell progression and normal BAB progression) to choose for a cleric.
Also a need for a healer is allways up to DM if he plays out that you're in constant need of healing then something is a miss.
Properly balanced P&P D&D rarely requires a primary healer in a group, just because "gold boxes", IDW I & II, BG I & II and others needed doesn't mean that "normal" P&P games do.
