| Razarak08-05-06, 12:46 PM | Im making a new character to join a party consisting of a Scout, a Necromancer (multiclassed wizard/cleric), 2 Fighters, and a rogue. Its a fairly large party, and im not sure what class to make to compliment them. I was think perhaps a Cleric/druid for healing, however at low levels you get so few heal spells per day :( I'm up for playing anything (arcane/divine caster, ranged/melee) Any thoughts? |

Well it looks like you've got the melee and skill requirements filled however your party's spellcasting skills don't appear all that impressive. With all the frontline stuff, it looks like there will be a distinct lack of healing. A Cleric or Favored Soul may be handy. At the other end, it looks like your party is going to have trouble with enemies sporting high AC's since the majority of it relies on physical damage. To that end, perhaps a Wizard or Archivist would be helpful. I'd suggest a Warmage or Warlock, but with your one caster splitting his talents, it looks like you'll be limited in your utility spells as well. Food for thought. :) |
