captainmorley 07-19-05, 01:09 AM	Ok so we were on this ship when a bunch of stuff started attacking doing insane dmg so i quickly cast a teleport spell (whish we could have avoided by casting earlier but wanted to see what was on top.....) so we where sent to some odd plane inhabited by some demigod dragon. not tiamat but still it stops us from leaving with teleport spells and we also have a gate spell we cant use so like we are stuck on a 10 by 10 island surrounded by an eternal battle under the water from dragons and some other crap and cant do anything plz help us?
Pryrates 07-19-05, 01:32 AM	Without more information theres not much I can do...I suppose you could attempt to kill said dragon but if your here asking this then I doubt that your party is actually capable of such a thing.

Pryrates 07-20-05, 04:09 AM	Id say some general basics. what else, if anything, is on this tiny expanse with your party. what does this battle look like and avenues of escape (even if they appear dangerous) im sure there is something that you can use to your advantage to aid you and your party in getting out of this predicament if their isnt then your DM really needs to think things through more.

Perhaps you can negotiate your freedom from the dragon demi-god. Not all dragons are totally evil... :bigeyes: *followed by nervous laughter* But in this case I somehow believe they just might be of the evil persuasion... *more nervous laughter* Seriously you might try bartering your way out. Or fighting as Pryrates suggested. But more info on your situation would be invaluable in deciding what constitutes good advice here. Good Luck at any rate.
Phrennzy 07-20-05, 01:09 PM	Ask the Demi-God dragon what you can do to leave. He'll probably have a mission for you or something. This sounds like some dreadful railroading. (No means of leaving...)
Pryrates 07-20-05, 01:57 PM	Id say Phrennzy is probably right, this is most likely your DMs attempt to force you into some crazy side quest. Talk to the Dragon, If you can anyway, and he'll most like have something for you to do or ask you for something in return for your partys release....hopefully you dont have a paladin with you, cause this dragon doesnt sound like the good aligned sort.
