Nosh_25 09-30-06, 10:39 PM	Hi I was wondering what kind of spells favored souls get. (The favored soul class is in the miniatures handbook.) The book says from the cleric spell list but doesn't say if they get domains. Also I made my character lawful evil and people told me it couldn't use heal spells and inflicted damage instead. I am kind of confused about what they are talking about because they are two differrent spells. Any help would be very appreciated.

Evil Clerics can heal just as good clerics can inflict - it's only that they can't cast the spell "opposed" to them spontaneously. In the same way, you can select both kinds of spells for your spells known list. Contrary to the clerics, you cast all of your spells spontaneously, so you can of course use both of them. Note that neither of the spells has an alignment descriptor.
Nebo 09-30-06, 11:23 PM	Favoured Souls select spells from the Cleric list, domain spells are not on the cleric list unless you have a domain. Favoured Souls do not have domains, therefore they cannot cast domain spells unless they are also on the cleric list.
