10-02-06, 11:18 AM You flat footed AC equals your AC minus your Dexterity bonus to AC and your dodge bonuses to AC.
So flat footed AC= All AC bonuses except Dex and dodge
Touch AC= All AC bonuses except natural armor, armor and shield bonuses.

What do you need to know about skills and grapple? (The rules for grappling are on page 155-156 of the 3.5 player's handbook)
