Redska loves her zombie heavy warhorse, Mauly. My handle animal and ride are already maxed out so I was thinking of taking mounted combat for my 9th level feat, but is that really worth it? Is there some kind of item I could get to bring me closer to my horse or make her tougher? |
| BilopTheFleshwarper03-22-08, 09:05 PM | gear it up! +x barding magic horseshoes... Amulet of fangs.... feats will help. |
| Azezel03-23-08, 12:55 PM | Animal Cohort. That's the feat you want - though you'd have to convince your DM to let it apply to an undead animal. If I were your DM I'd not let you have such a mount, but if I did, I'd let Animal Cohort apply to it. |

| Sinfire Titan03-23-08, 02:35 PM | Take it to the CO Boards? This is the thread called Supermount (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=382372). It is a headache to do, but the companion you get is stronger than most adventuring parties. |
| Jo_Pistachio03-23-08, 03:18 PM | Make it a flying space crocodile. That's what I'm doing. Not affective, but it's still awesome. |
| Lyzer03-23-08, 05:14 PM | Convince your DM to allow you to breed some strange type of symbiotic creature (maggots that eat living flesh for example) inside the dead horse. Convince the (hopefuly intelligent) beings within Mauly to attack all living things except you. Failing that, spray on some Off, jump on the horse, and you should be good to go. If your DM lets you have that mount, anything should be possible... |
