I'm looking to create this type of characer (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=944962) but one problem. How do I disguise my eye pigmentation? I can easily guess dyeing her hair color and skin with some sort of tanning like oil. This just leaves my eyes which I can only think of wearing some sort of sunglasses.

You could just roll with it. Invest in bluff and tell people it's a family birthmark type thing. If you look enough like other elves in every other way people shouldn't be too suspicious, right? Or I suppose a magical disguise could work, a party member casting a spell on you, unless you can do it yourself?

Contact lenses.

If that doesn't fly with your DM, there's a bard cantrip in the SC called Minor Disguise, which can make minor tweaks to your physical appearance, including recoloring your physical features. Disguise Self and Alterself would work as well.

Well, first of all, most non-elves who don't normally deal with elves on a regular basis will never realize there's anything wrong with the color of your eyes... And consider how infrequently you actually look deep enough into someone's eyes to determine what color they are.
Given that your goal is peaceful co-existence with the rest of the surface world, don't hide your drow heritage beyond just dyeing your hair/skin. That should just be a measure to insure that nobody sees your dark skin and screams, "Eek, a drow! Kill them!" before they get close enough to interact with you. Anyone you deal with on a regular basis is eventually going to see past any disguise, and your friends/party will probably have less of an issue with your heritage if you let them know about it after two weeks than if they find out after three years.
