What is involved in keeping a warforged fighter up and running? Good ways to heal, how to keep a good AC through enchanting their plating, ect?

Thanks for the help! :D

Ranks in craft will allow you to repair yourself, other than that I really cant think of anything else all too diffrent than for normal fighters. -i believe ranks in craft can, not entirly sure. also try finding an artificer buddy, he will be your best friend in this campaign. or your worst enemy.

Artificier cohort.
Also, using a Battlefist in combination with Improved Natural Attack (slam) and/or monk levels can be quite effective.

Indeed. In fact, if you have access to the appropriate sourcebooks, I have found that a warforged fighter's peculiar strengths lie in using attached components.

In fact, it is possible to make a viable variant of the gauntlet fighter using battlefists. Combine them with Improved Natural Attack and the Weapon Focus chain of feats, and they become pretty nasty.

Buy a wand of repair light wounds (or bigger if your feeling flashy) at the first available opportunity and hand it to the party wizard, that should keep you on your feet.

As for making a great fighter tank like youve never tanked before!:fight!:

You spend the time between your current adventure and the next to retrain yourself into a useful race.

What sort of character is this warforged to be? What makes the character effective will vary depending on your class/feat/skill/etc breakdown.

Meh, warforged work fine if you build the character right. In the right party, they're great. If you're going to comment like that, at least back it up.

Get into Warforged Juggernaut ASAP. It is a quite good tank PrC, making you immune to a lot of the stuff that plagues fighters.
