how many shots can i have? [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-18-04, 12:21 PM hi all,

i'm wondering how many shots can i have with a 8th level fighter specialized in bow?

BAB +8/+3 for 2 attacks.
rapid reload feat for 1 attack so 3 attacks now.

(i'm at work and don't have my books with me)

i think there is the many shot feat that can give me some more attacks but i'm not sure.

can someone help me here?

PS: it's great being at work and being able to "work" on my char. :D

10-18-04, 12:42 PM rapid reload only helps if you use a crossbow, so I guess you meant rapid shot.

You get 3 shots as a full round action. Many shot enables you to shoot 2 arrows at once as a standard action.

10-18-04, 01:53 PM There's also an Improved Rapid Shot feat int Complete Warrior. Haste (or something similar) would also give an extra attack, I think.

Oh, and on Manyshot: the number of arrows you can shoot as a single action goes up with your level, iirc. I believe it caps at 4.
