So we have found a strange prophet that can (constantly) see and hear the future, but can't see and hear what happens in the meantime. His sight is 10 or 20 years in the future, we don't know for sure, but we are trying to find a way to obtain precious knowledge from him. He can speak, but he's always talking to unknown people in the future, that can't talk with him, of course, cause his counterpart in the future has the same problem he has now.
Entropy_Judge 03-08-08, 08:29 AM	Keep him safe, copy down everything he says? Is this guy important? If so, why? Unless DM-mandated, I would try to pass him onto some temple or monastery of Knowledge or Time, since they're gonna be the ones most interested in knowing what he's got to say. As for getting precious knowledge from him, you're really not gonna get any unless the DM wants you to know something - you can't talk to him, so unless he's randomly spouting off things (talking about how he hates the new laws that evil guy X has established, saying it's all those morons' fault for releasing the great evil at Dungeon Y), you're not going to have any chance of learning what you *want* to know.
Zavia 03-09-08, 07:48 AM	keep asking him the same question for 2 days, at some point(like in the next round) he will keep answering the same question. :D then you have accomplished: 1) knowing your answer 2) knowing how far in the future he sees
