How would you build this guy? [Archive] - Wizards Community

For those of you that don't know where the above picture came from, it's from the Transformers movie. Frenzy is a small, slightly sadistic, decepticon that hacks into Air force One's computer mainframe in under ten seconds and downloads 98% of it within minutes.

What would be the build on this guy? (alternate form ability isn't part of it). Obviously, the computer hacking will have to be changed to a different activity (such as simply gathering large amounts of information).

I personally think Frenzy is a Warfoged Scout (MM3) with rogue levels and max ranks in climb, dicipher script, disable device, disguise, hide, open lock, and tumble. Possible cross-class ranks in Autohypnosis for the memorization purpose.

His equipment consists of at least the following:

2 +1 reloading hand crossbows
chakrams (unkown number)

He would have to have EWP (chakram).

Any other ideas to make him?
