Hello,

I have been looking around for a prestige class for my character (below) and I havent found anything. Can someone help me?!!

Human, 1st-Level Barbarian/ 5th-Level Druid

Abilities: Str 14, Dex 16, Con 14, Int 14, Wis 15, Cha 8
Feats: Saddleback [regional], mounted combat, combat expertice, improve trip

Character direction: I'm always on my animal companion (bison*). I'm hoping to change to a rhino and start charging my enemies more regularly. I would also like to get poweratttack at 9th level. So basicly i'm looking for a prestige class in the lines of cavaliers.... im open to suggestions at this point.

To be honest, HLNovice, I'm not sure what you're looking for in a prestige class.

If you're looking for one to make your character more powerful, give up! A lot has been said about how "broken" some prestige classes are, but I don't think any of them stand up to the power of a druid with a couple of barbarian levels tossed on him!

However, you seem more interested in a "flavor" for the prestige class. I recall Dragon running a prestige class based around nomadic riders only a few months back. Anybody want to let us know what that class's name was, and which issue HLN should look at?

Also in CA, I believe near the end of the prestige class chapter, is a class focused on mounted ranger-ness. Might work for you.

Thanks,

I check those out.... hopefully one of them will match with my druid direction. And if they don't... I'll just stick with Druid I guess. :)

Bear Warrior might be fun. Take a few extra rages and there you go. Bear-rage for the fights and use Wildshapes to sneak around or spy or escape.

Plus you get o be a Dire Bear at the end. And who can say no to a +20 to str when raging? I know I can't.

Master of Many Forms from Complete Adventurer. Eventually you could turn -into- your Rhino, or a Centaur, or a Drago-taur, or anything else you can get to the stats for. :)

Hmm, Master of Many Forms, shape changed into a Centaur, with Cavalier levels... :D

Straight druid is enough, really.
