| The Cuddly Beholder03-31-04, 06:46 PM | In a game I could be starting in the future, the central magic item is going to be an item that spreads wild magic zones from its source. As the PCs go up in levels, the majority of the world's magic, as well as wands or potions, is going to be wild magic maybe 25-50% of the time any spell is cast. While this makes spell casting very dangerous, the campaign isn't going to be serious, and I thought that 100 or so wild magic effects would get boring eventually (healing spells after a battle will be used a lot). So... how many humorous (maybe fatal, or just funny. If it has to be fatal, funny fatal is good.) wild magic effects can you guys come up with? (this is also posted in what's a DM to do) |

Anything involving fire: a green fire breathing dragon appears, saying "Trogdor here to Burninate!" Casting Heroes Feast or summon Food and Water: The Weird Al songs: Eat it, I'm Fat and Grapefruit Diet start playing. Any and all bardic Music, gets warped to play "The Bard's Song" by Blind Guardian. |
