I think you need to write down your attacks. ;)

You're also missing your spells.

(btw, it's an amulet of natural armour and a ring of sustenance, and it's called scribe sroll ;))

You can spent 2 skill points to learn a new language.

You also have two free bonus languages due to high intelligence.

I suggest you find something to spent your 4000gp on. Like, say, a cloak of resistance?

yeah thanks for the tip for spending the 4,000 gold and thanks for the help with learning more language

An extra domain is generally an epic feat. Your DM is letting you have it? Well...sweet.

Noticed you have a 14 dex, but only a +1 initiative modifier. Did I miss the reason for that?

Also, a human in medium armor (breastplate) should have a speed of 20.

There are a few issues, and one change I would make. Initiative modifier should be +2 (It's your Dex mod).
Speed is 20' not 30, because you are wearing medium armour.
You are not proficient with a greataxe. That doesn't stop you wielding one, but you take -4 to attack rolls. Change it for a 2-handed simple weapon. If you choose the quarterstaff you'll need to spend an additional 300gp to make the second head masterwork.
Fort save is too high. You get +5 from class and +3 Con for a total of +8.
Your AC looks like 20 : +2 Dex, +2 natural armour, +6 Armour. Touch AC is 12 and flat-footed 18.The change is to trade the Amulet of Natural Armour for a Ring of Protection +2. This doesn't change your AC overall, but it does increase your touch AC by two points.

If you're looking for other ways to spend money, the 4,000gp has two obvious applications; a Cloak or Vest of Resistance +2, which will increase all your saves, or an Amulet of Wisdom +2 that will increase your Wis to 20.

The latter will increase save DCs and provide extra bonus spells. The extra 1st level spell you get now may not be that useful, but at 9th level, when you get 5th level spells you'll have a bonus spell of that level. You cannot, however, wear an Amulet of Wisdom and an Amulet of Natural Armour (another reason to think of getting rid of the Natural Armour for the RoP).

I would drop the ring of prot +2 as it costs 8000 and at level 7 the average wealth is only 19000, so that ring of protect is almost half of your total wealth.. Playing around with your character a little, this is what I've come up with to help out.

Str: 15
Dex: 14
Con: 17
Int: 14
Wis: 20
Cha: 14

Hit Point: 56 (this is just taking max at level 1 and average for the rest of the levels)

AC: 21
Armor Class Breakdown
10 base
6 Armor bonus (Breastplate + 1 (5 from the breastplate and 1 from the +1))
2 Shield bonus (Heavy Steel Shield)
2 Dex modifier
1 Deflection modifier (Ring of Protection + 1)

Touch AC: 14
Flat-Footed AC: 19

Speed: 20ft (30 ft when not wearing armor)

Initiative: +2

Saves:
Fort: 10 (5 base, 3 con and 2 cloak of resistance +2)
Reflex: 6 (2 base, 2 dex and 2 cloak of resistance +2)
Will: 12 (5 base, 5 wis and 2 cloak of resistance +2)

Base Attack Bonus (BAB): +5
Grapple: +7

Attack: +8
with a Heavy Mace +1
Damage: 1d8+3
Crit: 20/x2

Feats:
Scribe Scroll
Extend Spell
Extra Domain Feat (this one your DM said you could have though its an epic feat, may want to check as there are a few PrCs that give extra domains as well)

Spells:

Level 0:
Save DC: 15
# / day: 6 +1 bonus

Level 1:
Save DC: 16
# / day: 4 + 2 bonus

Level 2:
Save DC: 17
# / day: 3 + 1 bonus

Level 3:
Save DC: 18
# / day: 2 + 1 bonus

Level 4:
Save DC: 19
# / day: 1 + 1 bonus

Languages: You know common + 3 other languages

Skills: total of 50 to spend
Per the SRD
The cleric’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Heal (Wis), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (history) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Knowledge (the planes) (Int), Profession (Wis), and Spellcraft (Int).

Knowledge (local) would be a cross class skill, may want to ask your DM if he would rule it could be a class skill, though it is an Int based skill, so don't hold out to much hope,...... otherwise you will be limited to a max of 5 ranks (10 skill points) at level 7.

Hope that helps some, take want you want, toss what you want but have fun.

how do i get 50 skill points my friend told me i only get 36+4 for being a human?Your friend's calculation is wrong.

A newly created single-class character (assuming that Intelligence has not been increased significantly by level advancement or inherent bonuses) gets skill points equal to Max Ranks in class skill times (Class skill points + Int modifier + racial skill modifier).

A cleric gets 2 skill points per level.
Int 14 grants 2 skill points per level.
Being Human grants one skill point per level.

A 7th level character has a max rank in a class skill of 10 (level plus three).

10 * (2+2+1) = 50.

skip your 7th level of cleric and go forradiant servant of pelor.
wackyears

i really don't know what that means because i am kinda a new player and i have never played a cleric yet or a human so i'm looking forward to this coming saturday.

Radiant servant of Pelor is a prestige class found in the complete divine.

Prestige classes (Or PRC's for short) are classes you can take only if you meet certain prerequisites. Most of the time PRC's provide your character with more powerful abilities then a base class.

Id suggest going morningstar instead of heavy mace to get bludgeoning and piercing dmg instead of just bludgeoning. Also a light steal shield instead of a heavy steal shield so he can cast with his weapon out. Instead of a wand of cure light go with a wand of lesser vigor. Wands are for out of combat healing and the lesser vigor always heals for more so each charge is more usefull. The wand of clw would heal from 2-9hp compared to a constant 11hp of the lesser vigor. He's got spells for in combat emergency healing.

Other than that Yruc made a pretty solid cleric.

(This is wacks friend) I forgot about the whole 1 skill point per level for being Human lol so my bad

Saddly wacky they are correct about the extra domain. I was in a hurry on the phone and was hastely looking through divine feats.
I'm glad you are playing a cleric and hope you enjoy it better than the fighter.
I will help you tomorrow before we play.
The 50SP is correct. I will bring a CD over with some feats listed on it for you to look through..
