Okay, I know it exists, I have even used it before, but I can not remember (or find) its source. I am looking for Mass Haste; I know it is a 6th level Bard spell. Please help, this is driving me crazy!

It's in the 3.5 Players Handbook under Haste, Mass

Odd, it's not in the SRD. Odder still that Haste already gives you multiple targets.

I remember Mass Haste being in 3.0, though, in one of the FR books (either FRCS or Magic of Faerun). It was a Time domain spell.

I believe the mass haste would have to be a 3.0 spell not sure where it would be though. Just look through one of the old 2nd ed. magic encylopedia and I can't find any haste spells other than the first haste and improved haste (the one that didn't age you)

Because 3.5 haste already affects multiple targets? Generally, a "mass" spell is a version of a single-target spell that instead affects 1 creature / level (eg bull's strength, cure spells).

same here.

3.5 haste it is alike to mass haste.

This was done to rebalance the loss of power of the haste spell turning it from epic power level into too good for this level power.

Funny thing it is that for fighter types the new haste works nearly as good as the old one.

Thank you. It has been so long since I played a spellcaster I forgot Haste was creature/level.
