Psions gain power points based on Intelligence(Naen) Psychic Warriors gain power points based on Wisdom(Hoon) Wilders gain power points based on Charisma(Vaul) Unfortunately, there aren't any Illumian words that enhance the Psionic abilities of a character. B. Psionic focus for chameleons in the same. There isn't any I know off. I suppose you create one. C. What would a fair level adjustment for the puppeteer be? Never heard of this one. As such I cannot answer it for you.
